Best food ive ever had in my life! Thank you Penn Station ans the morning crew on 2/19/2026. They all deserve a pat on the back and make some of the juices tastiest subs known to man. The things I’d do for a grilled Italian are unspeakable.

There’s little to no chance of someone answering the phone at this location; many times when I have come in to order I have had to wait a significant amount of time because DoorDash orders are prioritized. Most of the staff make it feel like you’re bothering them to order or interact (not everyone!!), and the restaurant itself is filthy. Often the tables are gross, the drink/condiment area is in disarray and not filled, and the floors are very dirty. A new issue we haven’t encountered in the past is that our bread was not cooked all the way and was very very chewy/doughy.
We still continue to eat here, but there are some things that get frustrating over time.

Both my husband and I’s food was undercooked. They served our subs with raw meat directly on top in plain sight and tried use the excuse of “we only partially cook it on the grill and the oven finishes the job”. The whole place looks unsanitary and needs to be shut down. There were two children playing in the kitchen wearing flip flops and a worker wearing fuzzy slippers and none of the employees looks well kept. The floor is sticky and the bathrooms literally had poop on the toilets. If you want a good Penn station go the extra 20 minutes to the canal Winchester location.

Incredible! Called ahead. Was already on my way. They said 15 minutes, had it done in 7 minutes. The staff was very friendly. The establishment looked clean!
I thoroughly enjoyed the classic Italian! Perfect meat to veggie ratio. It was phenomenal! And the large fries topped it off! They were just like fair fries! My husband enjoyed his Cheese steak eating every last bite.
I would definitely recommend dinning here. And we will be back for sure!

Ordered Two Subs last week Sept 2025 , After we Ordered my Daughter who holds a Food Safety License and is a Chef pointed out how Dirty and unclean the Grill was with food scraps all over it , the counter in Cooking area was a mess food everywhere, the oven had build up and build up of nasty food! Our Fries were not cooked all the way and not whole Fries just tiny Pieces like in Bottom of a bag!!! Where is Management in this place???? It used to be really good when it opened???? What is going on in this Place??? Health Department needs to be Notified immediately!!!! This place is so Unclean I’m surprised someone has not become Seriously ill ! How is this place Open??? Unreal!!!

This is a poor example of a penn station. Waited 45 minutes for our food to come out because they prioritized all the to go orders that came in well after us. When we finally got our food, it was bread with a little bit of toppings and that’s being generous. Our “medium” fry looked smaller than the smalls normally are. Don’t waste your time going here
