Meals for Mom’s never lets me down. Sometimes you just don’t have time to go get all the ingredients come home prepare and bake the food. These beautiful people take all that stress away!! They have even worked with me to pick up already cooked ready to go entrees!

Paid for certain things and did not recieve. About 136 dollars worth on a very large order not recieved and owner refused to speak with me or correct it. After weeks of attempting to recoup this, she had an employee offer me a small gift card no where near the amount I was due and the gift card was pointless as in I am never going to use them again after this experience. Also I placed this order way in advance and paid in full at that time and then was told later I’d have to pay more for things and services because prices have gone up. They were also almost an hour late as well. They completely ruined my event food wise!

This is the third time I’ve come to meals for moms. The first time it was pretty busy but service was great. Food was fine for the convenience of busy week nights. However the last two times I’ve gone no one has been up front. No big deal but I got something out of the “30% off freezer” that was dated from the previous month and the fan favorite freezer, but when it was time to check out and an employee finally they said that ALL of my items were full price. Two times in a row. At this point since they don’t mark the freezer meals I think they do it on purpose. Why have a discount freezer if you can’t use it??
I guess make sure they walk to the freezer with you when you get your items so they don’t try to sell 1-2 month old discounted food to you at full price.
Oh and I’m editing to add the employee said that her boss would cut her paycheck over mistakes like that. So…. Obviously the business practices are gross too.

Decent frozen meals to buy for new-moms or for a family who had just lost a loved one. Overall, their prices are a bit steep for the quality and the type of food served. Double check the food you buy in bulk. I have bought some incorrectly marked items in the past. Comparatively speaking, lunch plates are decently priced and offer a nice serving and a well-balanced meal. However, meal plates feature vegetables that have been cooked from frozen and the salad is less than fresh. Not displeased, but feel like improvements can be made. Not many variations of food. Would like to see that in the future. Would also like to see the ingredient list for allergy (or for picky-eater) purposes.
