My first time trying smashburger and probably my last …I spent $4 for 12 French Fries and my hamburger bun was soggy. I asked the worker to make sure I had sufficient fries and he confirmed yes. I got in the car and open my burger, my bun was soggy already and it hadn’t been a minute. Food not bad but not worth what I paid. I also tipped like I always do everywhere I go.

I got a single smash Colorado burger. It tasted good at first, but the more I ate it, the more I realized it was extremely oily and salty. I tossed about 1/4 of the burger away near the end, because I couldn’t tolerate it anymore.

Well we walked in to check it out. Very Interesting. Those sweet potatoes waffle fries would have Better if wasn’t Cooked too much. We’ll try another Burger next time there, before I can form a Solid opinion. But I liked the Chicken burger. Everything was Fresh and a little Music would make it more Welcoming too.

Came to eat here with my mom, food came out quick and hot, it tasted great burger was smashed really good, and we got a very good amount of fries. The Mac hot dog was also really good and really flavorful, 100% recommend walking in and giving it a try.

Got a double classic smash. Doesn’t look like they smashed it might as well just call it a double cheeseburger not crispy at all like it should be. This was the worse smash burger I have been to.

The food is delicious and very well flavored! I got the Classic Chicken Smash Burger with the rosemary tots and the dragon fruit passion tea.
The costumer service was great, knowledgeable, and quick.

First time visit and the experience went well. There are lot of options to choose from. The food didn’t take long to be prepared and it came out hot. The restaurant appeared clean. The customer service was average. The shakes were really good not too thick or thin. The burgers were really good too. I had a turkey mushroom trufle burger and it was really juicy. The smash fries are good too and have good flavor.

We decided to try Smashburger after hearing so much buzz about it, but unfortunately, our experience didn’t meet expectations. The veggie burger was falling apart and the bun was a bit stale. The flavor didn’t quite hit the mark for us, and the shakes weren’t as enjoyable as we hoped. My husband didn’t finish his burger, and overall, the meal left us disappointed.
Perhaps other locations or menu items are better, but based on this visit, we likely won’t be returning and cannot recommend it at this time

I feel bad for leaving three stars, but the place is far from clean. The food was great and I have attached photos, but the further away from the front door you get, the worse the cleanliness becomes. There is even a weird smell in the place, very noticeable to the extent that we ate outside on their patio, which ironically was very clean. I like the smashburger Chain and the food was up to standard, but the place definitely needs to at least clean the build up around door handles and chairs. Sad to see this as it makes you not enjoy your meal. For $24 per person, might as well go a sit down place like Gloria’s.

Stopped in for a late lunch/early dinner. I had the Grilled Chicken Sandwich with fries and a fountain drink. The Grilled Chicken Sandwich was beyond my expectations. It was very tasty and flavourful. Served hot and French Fries were hot and fresh too. The condiments bottles were filled up too.
The dining room was clean and some TVs to watch too. The bathroom was very clean too. This Smashburger also has a patio out back for outdoors dining.
Over all a good dining experience at this Smashburger in Prosper, TX. I highly recommend a meal here!
