I will never come back to this location. I ordered my favorite thing to get from Burger King, the onion rings and needless to say the next morning I was glued to the toilet for the next 12 hours and the bathroom smelled of nothing but those onion rings. Idk what you’re doing to the food but learn how to cook please!

Customer service skills can make your managers come along way. I dont need a attitude when you dont know how to work your registers to use coupons on your own apps for in-store purchase. Sad when I have to do your job and order from my phone while standing at your register. Either smile and learn some customer service skills or find a new job you like.

Grabbed dinner for the family last week after not eating fast food for about 2yrs. The experience was absolutely horrible. The food was terrible, clearly way past its hold time. The younger male at the window interrupted me while checking my order at the window to say that he specifically made sure my sandwiches were in the bag to get us out of his line, and I found out 10min down the road that he had not, causing me to drive all the way back for two bacon cheeseburgers that were priced $2.50 each and weren’t worth a dollar together based on the quality. When I walked in and politely asked the manager for the rest of my order, she couldn’t even be bothered to respond, rudely handing two burgers with my ticket stickers on them two me with no words, only a dirty look like it was my fault that they can’t do their jobs. Got home after this exchange to find that they were STILL missing an order of cheesy tots. The whole staff is terrible, sloppy, carrying on like animals instead of doing their jobs. Burger King wonders why they’re hemorrhaging sales, but continues staffing their locations with crew and management that could care less about the customer or the quality of their work. I shouldn’t feel like I’m having an interaction with an unkept vagrant rather than a shift manager, it’s ridiculous. I’m not sure what kind of customer service training they’re receiving at this location, but it definitely reflects horribly on the company, and explains why every drive-through on the main strip in town is busy during dinner, except for this one. Don’t waste your time and money just to get overpriced, dried out food while being stared down by a store full of people who don’t even have a concept of quality or good customer service.

The guy in the drive thru name is Joshua and he was so prompt and full of courteousy and the food was fresh and hot, when I spoke with the manager on duty she was also courteous and the upmost respect from the whole crew there and for it to be a holiday week they were fast and professional and prompt no mistakes keep up with the great work

Every time I come here I’m easily reminded why I wouldn’t have come here. I ordered 2 items…not meals…2 sandwiches PLUS CHEESE——guess what they forgot? The cheese. But cheese wouldn’t have saved it from the wilted lettuce. Stay away

My son forgot his wallet and phone in the restaurant on a long drive home. Naomi went above and beyond. She not only noticed that he had left these items behind, she tried to bring them to him, although unsuccessful. She kept the items for safekeeping and our friend was able to pick up the items. Nothing was missing. We appreciate Naomi’s efforts and the integrity she showed. Nothing was missing from the wallet.

Ordered a double cheeseburger and fries. Double cheeseburger was disgusting. I ended up going back to the store to get a.Refund. didn’t have my girlfriend’s card with me. So I couldn’t get a refund so I had them remake my food. The store was not busy, so there was no reason they had to reheat.My burger. I also noticed no hair nets in the kitchen area, which is definitely a health violation. I recommend going to the woodville road location or choose an entirely different place.

No wonder why Burger King is going out of business everywhere. On July 30, 2025, I went there to get a FRESH big fish . It was microwaved to rubber. It was by no means FRESH. Whomever owns this location, you need to get better management because they don’t care.

First – the person who helped me on the phone after this incident tried to be helpful, but was clearly working in an understaffed situation. Not her fault.
My burger had a clump of hair in it, and it’s didn’t necessarily look to be from a person. You can see just a couple in those photo, because the mouthful I spit put had the majority of the hair in it, and I don’t want to post my partially chewed food on the internet.
Attempted to contact customer service to get a refund, but they wouldn’t help.
We used to always stop here on our way to the Ferry, now every time I want to go to BK, I just remember eating mystery hair and I definitely will never be able to eat there again.
