Good food & nice staff. Very helpful. Unfortunately they expect you to log in you’re own order on a electronics screen which is not so friendly to use. Service is a thing of the past at this place. I really don’t care for this restaurant anymore. Next, they will probably expect me to prepare the food myself. I have been going to this restaurant for years. I do not like this change. I did like the food there.

Charged for, but not placed on my salad, additional avocado slices.
Everything in my salad was old! lettuce that wasn’t wilted was cut from the stem of the head of lettuce, making it virtually uneditable.
The BRC burritos I ordered Buy one get one free, I was charged $3.99 each.
Instead of a refund for the $8.99 I was charged for the corn, I got a note that said “ sorry, we run out of corn. Next time I give to you”.
I doubt seriously there will be a next time!

Today is Sunday. I ordered a family meal around 11am, and the meat is not fresh and dry; so disappointed. I guess better don’t order on Sundays when they just open.

Giving it a 3 Rating because my salad was better then It looked. I paid for double chicken, which to be honest it didn’t appear as. The avocado for the most part had the black bruising on it. It was my first time ordering through the app (which lagged). I specified how many and which type of salsas I wanted. Cool they ask! ..they will have them ready to go with my order(I thought). Wrong!. I pulled up into the drive thru line because there were no cars in line to pick up my online order. I was told by the attendant “Sorry we dont release Online orders through the drive thru”…I was in disbelief. How does that make sense? Like I seriously want to know If you know why. So my experience was annoying and inconvenient. I will give this location another shot but I will not be ordering through the app took too long. I was better off waiting in line, I would of got my salsa and not had to go inside and wait behind 3 ppl to clear the salsa bar. Make a clear area for online pick up, these people have already paid for their food. Instead people walk past you and don’t bother to ask if anyone is picking up a online order. I hope to see staff working more efficiently next time. Hope this review helps someone.

It’s concerning when a business charges approximately $1.25 more per item compared to its sister locations. While businesses are free to set their own prices, transparency is key. The hardworking individuals who support this business deserve fair pricing that reflects their contributions.

I’m not one to write reviews but feel compelled to on this location. I’ve been taking out about once a week for the past several months. The chicken and sides have been consistently excellent every time and the staff have been friendly. The management should be commended for their efforts, so many fast food establishments have significantly declined recently.

We ordered 3 pieces breast and wing and what I got was very dry meat and rubbery meat which I can’t eat. It looked like this Chicken was left over from lunch time and reheated which makes the meat dry and hard to bite. Will not go to this branch again. You have been warned.

This is my favorite El Pollo Loco – it’s got the best employees and food though the green salsa can be extra spicy at times and it’s always too cold inside- I drive over to this location even though there’s literally one around the corner from my house (it’s not good at all- terrible customer service & always gets my order wrong)
