First off, we are locals. While this place may seem to cater to the revolving door of traveling visitors from out of state, it is super friendly to locals. We were thrilled to have such great service from
Isabella (request her if you can!) and a special visit from the chef who we chatted with for a bit on a Friday night. The food is a nice change from the chain restaurants and is lovingly executed. We loved the fish dish and the corn agnolotti. Highly recommend this place to locals especially. Give this place a try and you’ll come back again like us!

We like coming here. We always have the same server and she is awesome. Last night I tried the rigatoni bolognese and respectfully, that is not bolognese. I understand creativity but it tastes strongly of allspice and the meat is not cooked with the sauce It was kinda disappointing. The wings however, awesome.

These chicken wings were absolutely amazing! Perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor. The sauce had the right amount of kick without overpowering. Great portion size and super satisfying. Definitely coming back for more!

My wife and I met another couple here recently. It was our first visit and it won’t be our last. We sat outside which was wonderful. We felt like the servers were our friends. Everyone was wonderful. The apps are main course were amazing. We’re looking forward to our next visit. I’d give six stars if I could.

A few months ago I taken here by a friend in a Tuesday, Taco Tuesday. The food was delicious & the spicy margarita, WOW! I revisited w/my husband & again great food but we felt the use of salt was extreme. A little less salt w/ fresh seasonings will shift the taste. I love the atmosphere, the music in the background & the staff are amazing. From the time we walked in, we were acknowledged, welcomed & seated, that great service continued until we walked out the door. PS: we were the only two that looked like us☺️. Keep doing what you’re doing.

Went to Red House for the first time, recently. Upon visiting their website, I found it strange to text for a reservation and wait for a “thumbs up” or a “like” to confirm. If I don’t receive one, call later.
So, I did get a nice confirmation response via text later that day and was on for 6 p.m. Saturday evening.

When we arrived before 6 p.m., it seemed a reservation might not have been necessary after all, but was quickly happy that we had one. The place really started to fill in. Thought, as it turned out, having a reservation didn’t seem to make a difference. We stood around for a good 20-30 minutes and watched others get seated. After waiting a while (thinking we’d been forgotten), I approached the very nice hostess (who seemed a bit confused), especially when she suggested that I could have texted on the way telling them we were enroute (??) I thought that’s kind of what a reservation was for….

At least the ambiance was great. We were looking forward to being seated in the restaurant side, with lava lamps, guitars, and music memorabilia on the walls. When it was finally time to be seated, we were ushered into the crowded bar side of the place…(as if we’d just walked in off the street without a reservation). Confused, I asked the gentleman (turns out was the owner, and seemed to be a pretty good guy), why the bar side? I mean, we made a reservation a day ago. Fortunately, he was responsive to my inquiry and gave us what I would call the best seats in the house. A cozy table for two in a “quieter corner” of the restaurant.

Our waitress came to the table and took our order. We both wanted to try the burger with bleu cheese and bacon. Came with a side of fries, but the menu said there was an option to substitute the fries with something else. The waitress did say there “could be” a small upcharge for doing so.
I asked the waitress what the upcharge would be to swap the side of fries for the side of mac n’ cheese. She said she didn’t know (???). I thought that was kind of weird but, how much could switching out side be? A couple of bucks? Well…turns out it was $7.00. I assume that’s why she “didn’t know”. Some might say, “CHEAPSKATE”!! If they do, than they’re missing the point. I can afford it, But I would have been very content with my fries, rather than purchasing what felt like a second small entree. It was very good, don’t get me wrong, but don’t lie to me to make a bigger tip. Turns out, that might just work the other way…and, you still got a good tip. Let me decide.
As a waitress, knowing the price of something on your menu shouldn’t be a mystery. And, if you don’t know, I bet you know someone there that does.

So, would I go back? Yes. I’d probably give the place a second chance. I definitely wasn’t impressed with the seemingly chaotic task of honoring a reservation time and lack of knowledge of pricing by our waitress. If that happens again, it will be the last time.
Otherwise, I liked the feel of the room, owner seemed interested in keeping us happy, and the food was pretty good.

Amazing service and food. The dishes are all very unique and everything is fresh and made in house. The jalapeno bacon butter that they serve with their cornbread is delicious. The serving size leaves enough for you to bring home too. Very reasonably priced for the quality and quantity. Drinks are great too!

We really liked Red House and will definitely be coming back. The pretzel appetizer with queso was amazing! It’s like two pretzel cones, so good for splitting with someone. I also got the brisket platter, which was maybe just a little too spicy for my taste, but I don’t like things spicy. Also got dessert, the cookie + ice cream was great. Layer of cookie on an oval skillet (PIPING HOT) with two scoops of ice cream on top. It was incredible, but could’ve used another scoop of ice cream, honestly. Two scoops stood no chance against that kind of heat.
