Yesterday I stopped at Pilot 482 for fuel and to eat at Denny’s like I always do. To my surprise there was only an old lady serving the table. I ask the lady if the wait was going to be long and she told me anywhere from 2 to 30 minutes. I waiting 35 minutes playing with other my cell and resting. When the food finally arrived to my table the food looked like a pool of oil, the hash browns were drown in oil, my eggs were drown in oil, my bacon and sausage were down in oil. The food was so disgusting that I would dare to feed it to my dog. It was nasty. I took pictures, got up and walk straight into the kitchen to let the cook know that his the worst cook in the world and the most nasty disgusting one too, I also told him that he shouldn’t be working for for Denny’s.

People always complain but the Dennys on Sudly Road in Manassas, VA was absolutely amazing. I got up early on a Tuesday morning, 7am, and ordered the T-Bone steak, OM eggs and crispy hashbrowns. Everything was done to perfection. Marlani was very attentive and kept my coffee cup full.

I ordered the ham and cheese omelette, the eggs were over cooked the ham was Fried hard the grits I ordered were soaked in margerine the toast was the best thing. I wasted my money and will NEVER EVER step into Dennys again!!! Yuk Yuk!!!! Jacksonville Florida Blanding. The servers were very nice tho! But the food YuK!!!!!

This Denny’s (1086 E Lake St, HANOVER PARK, IL 60133) they are serving uncooked food to customers, on 3/19/24 around 8pm I stop by on my way home for a dinner with my coworker and we order 2 chicken crispy sandwich, 1 with one side of mash potatoes and the other one with fries, after 1 hour of waiting for our food the food show up cold and while we were eating half of the sandwich already we noticed the chicken wasn’t cooked at all , manager was called to the table to show them the sandwich and after apologizing for This inconvenience he decided to take care of us for the inconvenience , according to the manager name Oscar , the cook was new only been working there for few days , but I feel they should train them a little More and be more careful with serving uncook food to customers, they don’t want someone to get sick or food poisoning for eating uncook food . Corporate please do something to get this better for other customers in future

Enter Denny’s at your own risk . Waiting an hour for your food and it coming Raw. Smarty pants waitress didn’t care if we needed coffee refills. Nice older waitress took care of us and got tip money. Walking on the floors it’s like they mop them with pancakes syrup. All young waitresses keep their face in the window waiting on food. Well the cook is out in the dining room not cooking. At 8:00 in the morning to cook should be in there busting their butt. Cleanliness is bad. Only tried to go again thinking they might change and use my AARP. In the long run no discount. We’ll never go back

I don’t know where to begin with this complaint…….
I live in Baltimore MD and decided to take my grandkids to visit with their grandfather in Grasonville. We decided to go to IHOP, but I guess it was too busy or they just forgot about us so we left and went to Dennys. The greeter was friendly, the waitress was nice as well. The food came and it was cold, I don’t believe in sending food back unless absolutely very necessary. I think when food is sent back, it will be tampered with. LOL. Anyway it was edible and not freezing cold just cool. The toast was burned and later I found a piece of hair on the plate. We wanted t-bone steaks and guess what? they didn’t have any. My 3 year old and 8 year old didn’t care what temperature the food was because they are kids. The adults didn’t eat all of our food, just enough to satisfy the hunger. I asked for the manager just to let him/her know what our experience was like so they could better serve their guest. This ignorant lady come to the table and tells us that it must not be too bad because we ate some of it. She said she would take 10% off the bill and not expect a free meal. First of all, I never asked for a discount to begin with and soon as I mentioned corporate she said she would take 15% off and didn’t care who I contacted, again not expect a free meal. Why assume we wanted a free meal. If that were the case, we could have stayed at IHOP. When I tell you that woman was very rude and nasty. She appeared to be intimidating to the rest of the staff as well. The waitress apologized, which I advised her that it wasn’t her fault and we tipped her. The negative energy from the manager must have shifted over to the cashiers because they gave us attitude as well and had the nerve to get upset because we wanted a receipt. Initially, grandpop went back in to get a copy of the receipt and was told they couldn’t find it. So I went in and requested it, again attitude ( huffing and puffing) from the cashiers. I was so pissed because of the negativity towards us. My grandkids were upset because I was upset and this entire experience with Dennys has left a bad taste in my mouth.

I would rate them zero but that’s not an option available. I had to pay for my FREE breakfast because they would not take substitutions. The corporate customer relations office would not answer even though it was before 5pm EST.
I came here for Veterans Day. I had a hard time even getting a cup of coffee and water. I had a sleepless night and desperately needed the coffee. I have been treated for PTSD.
Fellow Veterans – Denny’s doesn’t care about you. Take your business elsewhere.
I can’t answer any of these questions because all I have gotten is a cup of coffee that I had to go to the kitchen to get myself.

19 January 2024 (Waikiki Denny’s) So, I order a Denver omelette and a glass of water. I noticed the glass looked a little frosty. It wasn’t until I quickly drank the water that I noticed it wasn’t frost but gunk!!! I let the manager know and he thanks me for informing him. Don’t eat here!!! If I get sick, I’m definitly pressing charges.
