Went through the drive thru with a coupon. Upon telling them they said it’s no longer available. I was telling them it says it’s good through 2/1/2026 and they still said it’s no longer available to use.

Went through the drive- thru and order chili cheese fries. After getting my food, we drove off. While driving down the street my husband opened up the box and grabbed a fry. He then informed me that there was mustard on them. He showed me the chili cheese fries and they have mustard on them under the chili and the cheese. I don’t know if they thought it would be funny or if it was a mistake. But i am glad i didn’t eat them. Because i am allergic to mustard. I was so angry i knew it was best that i didn’t go back over there because someone would be wearing that food. I will never go back there again. And i hope eveyone checks there food before they eat it!

Went today for 2 chili dogs, chili on the side.
I’m including a picture of the tiny skinny hotdogs and the smashed Buns. $6.96. Sadly won’t ever go back.
They’ve have started putting more onions and less chili on chilli dogs.
Asked for half the onions both of my last two visits and half the chili. Sad

Buyer beware. All Der Wienerschnitzels have a link posted on the bottom of the receipt to participate in a survey and receive a free product with ANY purchase. My husband frequents these establishments quite often. I participated in the survey and received a code for a free corn dog. When he returned to the restaurant, the server stated that in order to receive that, he had to purchase something at full price, not the combo meal deal that he was requesting. According to the server, the combo meal deals are already discounted, and they don’t consider that full price. I complained to the corporation. The response they gave me is that these franchises are operated independently, and each one can decide whether or not to participate in these offers. I told them that that’s all well and good, but it should state that on the receipt; otherwise, it’s false advertising. My husband left and went to Jack in the Box instead…it’s the principle, especially since he’s been a frequent flyer there for years. A better business person would have honored it while explaining their policy, then done something to change their receipts. As it is, they have lost a customer. Courtesy matters.
