As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Overall… not a bad experience… food was decent.. server was kinda new but she did her best… atmosphere was laid back and we were able to have a nice dinner… The ONLY downside was that our croissants were “COLD”… The Best Thing At Cheddars Is What??? “CROISSANTS”

Customer Service was the best thing about this location. He was friendly and patient. I had to check out the whole menu being the only one in line on the inside. Drive thru had a long line. I was really looking forward to the burger with the fries. It was a disappointment. I couldn’t find anything good about the whole burger. The Carmel Sea salt Shake was very satisfying. Customer Service was right on with that suggestion.
The gas station next door helps with the wait. It was a long wait as long as waiting in drive thru. The food was freshly made and the milkshake was thick enough for the wait. I put it in the car. Fries and a shake is always rewarding together.

Service worker Cody (If the person assigned to the register was who took my order) Gave out poor order with very skimped toppings. Called for a remake and got disrespectful over my frustration when paying for a service just to drive home to garbage. Would not recommend this location

Went to this fast food restaurant for a quick snack and it was anything but quick. It felt like I sat in line for 15 minutes ordering and waiting for food and there were only 2 other vehicles in line. The food seemed like it should have been fresh based on the wait time but it was not. I will most likely not be back, unless it is a last resort.

The food is really good, if you buy just the burger, it is not so costly, but when you get fries and drinks you add >$5 more. The atmosphere was in a gas station, so I don’t have a lot to say to that. You can opt to eat at tables outside, which I think would be better but again you’d be at a gas station.
