1. Fantastic authentic food 2. Great prices 3. They don’t hit you up for a tip on credit card they always click it off (if you want to tip it’s cool but they aren’t guilting you into it like everyone else) 4. With the penny shortage they are lowering your bill to eat the change instead of rounding up. So they are very customer focused. I really appreciate all of that again. The food is excellent my sons and I eat here probably once a week, it would be more if my weight line permitted it.

No burrito can STAND UP to this place. What a great burrito. Better than Chipotle.

We used Carnitas Taco Factory for our company’s end-of-year event catering, and it was absolutely fantastic!
Our guests were universally impressed, both with the exceptional quality of the food and the seamless, timely pick-up. We also want to shout out the generous portions—the amount of food provided was much more than we expected, which was a huge bonus!
Thank you again for making our event a resounding success! We will definitely be recommending you for future company events.

Food and service is good , quick and convenient. Able to get some extra spice sauce for tacos. Very few restaurants recommend to skip tipping while paying bills, this one did it. Few options for drinks and dinning space is little small. Overall I can say 4.5/5 . Quick tasty food.

Similar system to Chipotle, but the food is much much better, particularly the salsas and the meats.

Stopped here for lunch the other day and it was great. It’s set up like the big chain restaurants: choose your vessel and meat, go down the line and add toppings. Everything was fresh and produced quickly. I got the quesurrito and it was HUGE. Very similar to the Wrong Doug at Moe’s but at least twice the filling. I added the chips and queso as well and left very full. What kept me from giving this place 5 stars is I think there can be more seasoning on the meat and in the queso. Not spicy, just a bit more flavor. Thanks.

I Asked Does the White Rice Have Cilantro?? as the Poster on the Window Stated… The Server Starts to Scoop for the White Rice WITHOUT Answering My Question So Once He Lifted the Lid I Scene NO Cilantro and Said NO,, I’ll Take Yellow… All They Thinking About Is Move Fast Fast FAST!!! Seamed to Give Me Lousy Servings Compared to What the “Locals” Were Being Served… Every One Else Would Get Scoops and a Half… NOT ME… My Rice Barely Filled Half the Bowl… One Prong Worth of Chicken… It Seams If Your NOT From Around the Way,, They Give Uuu Smaller Portions Thinking Ull Never Come Back Here… Which I Wont… Guacamole $3 Bucks Extra… Salsa $$Extra… The Chicken Wasn’t Flavorful Enough… Uuu Supposed to HOOK It Up For the New Folks So They Return BUT I Guess They Don’t Know… It Wasn’t Terrible,, Just Not Hitting Enough… $11 Bucks for the Chicken Bowl w NO Extras…

This place is a cross between Chipotle and Taco Bell, but better than both.
Not exactly authentic, but the quality and quantity is good, but if you’re looking for that double corn tortilla taco, look elsewhere.
The irony is that they have both Valentina as a hot sauce option. Although they don’t have any home made stuff.
