Employee at drive thru window was very friendly. Original chicken sandwich was no friendly. Tasted like they fried the chicken with the cinnamon apple pie.

I order here and food is usually over done or you don’t receive it at all. I’m handicapped and have mobility issues and Tyler Barns response was to go on app and complain. He can’t do anything. A normal compassionate person would have given me a credit or delivered it himself. Will never order here again and emailed Peter Perdue the COO.

Cold whopper onion rings were petrified dried out. They were cooked earlier in the Day and dropped down to heat up when I ordered ! I would not recommend this Bk in Marysville!

12/21/22 @ 8:01. The red-hair guy working in the drive through was rude. He didn’t greet me, didn’t wish me a pleasant evening and when I asked for ketchup he got an attitude and threw it into my hand. If this is how he treats customers (or maybe darker complexioned customers) HE SHOULD BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY. Don’t waste your time here new look shame lack luster service.

Originally came through the drive thru the girl taking my order was extremely helpful I had a larger order when taking my cash she had a bright smile I got my food but before pulling away I had realized I had forgotten my drinks. I parked came inside to a long line but decided to wait anyways… while waiting I observed the darker haired (what looked to be the manager) barking orders but just standing there talking to the other manager. The older gentleman in front of me waited for a few mins for napkins while I ordered she was barking orders at a younger gentleman he seemed extremely flustered afterwards. I heard her say “ the best way to learn is to just do it, we all don’t get training we just learn as we go” and then walked away . The younger lady taking my order apologized & handed me my cups and a drink holder and told me to have a beautiful day.

Ordered door dash tried to call the store to get my food made fresh and the phone rang busy when I asked my Dasher to have it made fresh they told him no they wouldn’t change it and they were too busy to do anything when they weren’t even busy. I won’t be ordering from here again. I worked here long enough to know the customer is always right and y’all just don’t care enough to do your jobs right.

The food was hot and fresh and the girl at the window (brown ponytail and a septum piercing) was super friendly – even though I was an in house customer. She has had to come take my order between taking drive thru orders several times (I’m there at least once a week). This is almost always how it goes, as the other girl (darker hair, loud, big makeup) she works with is almost always too busy talking very loudly about inappropriate things where customers can hear – Suboxone, recovery group, etc. I’m sorry but recovery isn’t something to base your entire personality on, especially if you can’t shut up long enough to help your coworkers. I’ll be a drive thru customer from now on. If I wanted to listen to all that, I’d turn on Intervention.

Staff here is friendly and they take pride in their customer service. This is also the best place to grab a burger at 7am when most places are strictly breakfast at that hour. I work nights so it hits the spot and it’s great to not be limited to breakfast sandwiches and wraps when you don’t want to cook and clean up after a 16hrs shift. You may need to wait just a few minutes for the whopper, but it’s fresh and worth it. Each member of staff I have met here has been cheerful and helpful with any questions and they happily offered recs on items when I’ve brought a coworker who was unfamiliar with the menu. Clean and tidy and it’s quiet for those who might be looking fur a place to enjoy a quick and peaceful stop on their way to and from their day. Location is great, too.
My whopper was delicious, prepared to order and fries were fresh and hot. Yum!
