The service here has become increasingly frustrating. The prices are very high, yet the service is extremely poor. Staff are dismissive and act as though they know better instead of listening to customers.
We are regular clients and spend an average of $75 per visit, which makes this treatment even more unacceptable.
The owner was especially dismissive and unwilling to help, even refusing to provide a simple cup of water. As regular customers, we expected basic courtesy and professionalism, but the owner failed to deliver. Overall, this place is overpriced and poorly run. I would not recommend it.

The way they treat staff is horrible! The main lady is extremely rude to staff and has no patience! I don’t support those kinds of behaviors especially when staff are high schoolers trying to learn to work!

We were in Los Lunas looking for an ice cream shop, and this came up on Google with high ratings. Upon entering the shop, we were pleasantly greeted by a warm welcome and smile from the lady behind the counter. She happily gave us samples of the ice cream and flavored waters. Wow, excellent flavors matching the customer service. They also serve a food menu of Mexican dishes, which are also excellent.
We enjoyed the visit, food, and service there.
I strongly recommend this establishment for an enjoyable treat of ice cream and snacks.
