One of the better restaurants in Carlisle – was apprehensive about going here. Good service and menu, nice atmosphere. Waitress knowledgeable about the menu and food on offer – good recommendations. Would go back to try some of the other dishes.

Christmas work party.This place never disappoints ! We pre ordered due to being large party, meals to a very high standard and prompt service .i had prawn linguine , this was delicious and generous portion.

Food was spot on, service with a smile! We stopped here for an evening meal whilst on a stopover in Carlisle and were not disappointed. They have an amazing menu of pizza and pasta with a Sardinian twist. Perfectly cooked, not over seasoned like many Italian restaurants can be. Tasted amazing and will definitely be back when in Carlisle!

Great Italian with excellent staff and food.
Pasta was beautifully prepared with a good bite and the sauce was delicious.
Pizzas were light and crisp with a good quantity of toppings.
Med veg on the side had a garlic sauce on the which was quite strong but we enjoyed it too; you could taste that the veg were freshly prepared.
All in all a great experience.

We visit sannas on a regular basis food and service always amazing! Our most recent visit was our works Xmas party last weekend all 17 of us absolutely fantastic the food and service was 5 star all came out on time like clock work and a smile on every member of staffs faces couldn’t have looked after us any better! Really enjoyed Sanna’s Restaurant in Carlisle. Excellent food and friendly service in a lovely old building. The Sardinian menu is something a bit different from the usual Italian restaurants. Would definitely go back if we’re in Carlisle again.
