Asked for a vegan burger with jalapeños and this is the pretty much all the jalapeño pieces. Impossible burger was undercooked. The cashier was nice but I guess the cook likes to use jalapeño ends.

Placed an online order for dine in. Tried the new bbq brisket whopper. Had to wait longer than expected and there was not a lot of brisket in the burger and had to keep returning to the front for missing items. The dining room was very nice and clean though.

I was ordering food for friends at work I ordered a plain Whopper with ketchup and cheese and it even said so on the receipt but when my coworker opened up the sandwich it had lots of lettuce and pickles and no cheese.

-Negative stars if could rate, bought chicken fries and fries used men’s restroom no soap, informed staff no soap can we use woman’s to wash sons hands. Went back trying to use restroom, guy asked girl if she had key in Spanish, she said no in Spanish, then asked for a receipt. Told her I bought chicken fries and fries, there’s no posted signs stating restroom for customers only. Son needs to use restroom blank stare. Ignorant people thinking they’re only ones who speak/understand Spanish in a border town? Son has a disability got denied restroom I bet they still didn’t put soap in men’s restroom!

Ordered my favorite hamburger and it was made incorrect I asked for a whopper with cheese heavy pickle and heavy onions and it didn’t have any pickles the good thing I checked before I went home . Went to the counter place was not busy the drive thru cashier and fronter counter cashier ignored me to busy talking till finally I guess she was the shift manager got say very rude young girl didn’t apologize just asked was wrong I told her and she snatched the burger out of my hand and threw it in the thrash and about 5 mins later correct burger was giving to me. BAD EXPERIENCE LAST VISIT THERE

Ordered the family meal. Got only 2 of the 3 fries that come with the meal. Fries were heavily salted. Got a different bun for all cheeseburgers, not the usually bun with sesame seeds. Kids meal had no toy.
