This location has been consistent with food menu items. The pick two soup and salad or sandwich has been good each time. Clean place too. Using the kiosk to order is best because the counter is generally just one person and can take awhile to order.

Every time I’m in the drive through- It’s at least 15 minutes. It’s obnoxious. They also don’t listen to allergy restrictions. They don’t have a phone so you can’t call this location to complain about their slow service.

I’m not sure what the problem is with this location but regardless of management and hired servers it continues to be just a dump. The tables were discussing the dirty the floors were uncleaned and the food order continues to be completed incorrectly. I’ve lived in this area for over 20 years and this is the closest one to my house with easy and convenient access, with drive-thru. I continue to give them my service in the hopes that they’ll change but it’s unbelievable how they just don’t seem to care. They make mistake in food orders that just don’t occur at the other location at the opposite end of Mid Rivers Mall Drive or in St Charles at bogey hills. It’s clear that Panera Bread Corporation needs to come in and enforce better standards.

Appreciate the consistency Panera brings regardless of which area of the country we visit. Today was a kitchen sink cookie, an orange scone, a cinnamon bagel, and drinks for our crew. Of course, they were tasty. We also love that we can count on Panera to sit and study, work on computers, etc. Everything was neat, clean, and as expected. Also appreciate that ame outlets were available for charging in close proximity to seating.

They were not busy and I had to wait over 10 minutes for a frozen lemonade. I went inside and no one was ahead of me. I saw meals and drinks going through drivethrough but patiently waited for my drink. I asked at one point if I had been forgotten and was told its coming. Then the woman just sat my drink on the counter and didn’t apologize for my wait or even say anything.

Bread company has good meals. Always has open tables. Friendly staff. But it is self serve..take order..get food at counter..eat at table…put your dishes in proper place and scrape them off.
