The customer service here is awful . After having an issue with my food I requested to speak to a manager. The rude associate stated there was no manager on duty and brushed me off without a second thought. Didn’t offer to replace my food. They have started charging for additional sauce yet fail to put the appropriate amount to begin with. My wings were completely dry. It also took nearly 30 minutes for my order to be prepared! The bathrooms are also in poor repair and are always dirty. The associates are also dressed haphazardly and look very unkept and unprofessional. The cashier was literally wearing seasonal pajama pants.

My son and I stopped here after football camp on a Friday night and wrre pleasantly surprised. We ordered the $30 sampler and it was more than enough food for the 2 of us. Music was good, lots of tvs, food was served quickly and the overall vibe of the place was pretty cool.

I frequent this spot quite a bit. The food is always great. The atmosphere is always great. There are always families, people on dates. Just a really cool place. Stephanie is always the face of this store. She is one of the most pleasant and hard working employees anywhere in Gainesville. I ordered a 3 PC tender meal with onion rings and a 6pc wings and everything was cooked just right and tasted great.

Rude guy at the front counter taking orders . My first time going in this place so I was looking at the menu and the guy at the counter aggressively says”un minuto “ but as someone else walks in he takes their order. I still waited a few minutes and asked was he going to take our order but then thought it would be best to visit another restaurant that valued customers.

Stopped in for lunch on our way home last Tuesday -Maddy and the food were great ! I got the cheesesteak and my friend ordered a burger- the young lady working was very nice and helpful. The place was also nice and clean – we will definitely be back.

I don’t go out much but when I go – I like to go here- the fried rice is perfect ! I always get boneless wings with fried rice- the portions are huge and the cashier Maddi always makes sure my order is correct and serves with a smile.

The service was fine besides waiting 20 minutes while other people got their food before us.
We got a burger combo and a 10 pc wing combo, the burger was fine, the fries were bland and tasted of straight oil. The wings were garlic parm, it seemed like I ordered plain wings with a cup of fryer oil, it said it was a season which I thought meant a seasoning, not a couple of minced garlic and oil.
The music was so loud that you could barely hear each other speak, the actual type of music was fine but it was so loud.
Over priced for what it was.

Was legit the only person in there and it took 30 mins for my food
Wings were DRY, Rice was hard and to top it all off my “honey bbq” sauce tasted like straight sugar water!
