Had to stop by to use the restroom and the Whooper was good as always and the chessy bacon tots was ok. The worker that took my order was extremely friendly. Overall recommend it

Went back in and still only got half a fry and this was a large! Staff stated you only get the size of a medium even though I paid for a large. I’ve filed complaints. Staff is rude and should not be allowed to work with the public. I work hard for my money and expect to get what I pay for

The food was terrible. So was the service. I waited 15 minutes for my order . Only 7 other people in the dining area. All had been waited on before me. So it shouldn’t have taken so long to fill my order

After telling our order 3 times, we received the wrong thing. Went back in and asked for the correct item and received lettuce so brown it looked covered in dirt and a chicken sandwich so cold that they might have just taken it out of the cooler. Wasn’t even worth asking for the refund to have to deal with them a third time.

Not only was the fries colder than the lukewarm soda they had there. They also messed up both whoppers where the meat tasted like. It had sat out for an hour or more. They forgot all the condiments and all the toppings on it. We order them as they come with cheese and still didn’t get them made correctly. On top of that they forgot the sodas we ordered with the combo and then when they did give it to us, they gave us the wrong size the blonde late 20 something/early 30 something years old lady working the drive-through was extremely rude and did not care about missing, sodas or incorrect orders, and was extremely dismissive when brought to her attention we still came home with the wrong burgers and wrong sized sodas, I would love to say that this was the first time that this is occurred that has happened on multiple occasions now where the staff mess up orders and genuinely don’t care or correct it somethings seriously needs done about this specific store whether it be new management or a complete reset on staff

I was surprised when I ordered a whopper jr meal in large and it was just over $7. And the whopper jr was perfect size for me.
I’ve always gotten the regular whopper meal and it’s always been to much for me to eat. I’m very satisfied with my order. And now I’ll probably always prefer the whopper jr meal.

Incompetent staff. Can’t get your order right. Especially drive through counting on you not coming in and saying something. Better hope they don’t end up with a hospital bill due to ppl telling them to leave certain things off with food allergies! Phone number they have listed is bogus!!

Honestly what do you expect it’s burger king. The staff look and act like they hate their jobs the good is subpar at best. But that’s kind of what you already expect when you decide to eat there. At least the food was hot and the restaurant wasn’t covered in grime although the tables could have been wiped down so we could have had a clean place to sit.
