Overall I have great service and the toppings are fresh. Yesterday I purchased the $8.99 special pepperoni and noticed that the thin crust was extra thin. So much that it cooked to quickly and turned into a cracker. The flavor was as always, only less of it. With such a low price point I do understand that the ingredients may have been less than usual.

I bought a cheese pizza at reception, then they told me to wait 30 minutes outside and come back for the pizza in that time, so I did…
Then when I came back to bring the pizza I talked to the lady asking her if my cheese pizza was ready, my name Johanna and she ignored me even though I know she heard me, then I told her again and she ignored me again for a second time, I mean that she just ignored me. again, then for the third time I asked him again and he abusively told me to keep waiting and to my surprise the pizza was already ready, placed on the board with others and I had to look for it on my own but for that and more. . . . I assure you that my experience has been terrible, the customer service is horrible and unpleasant, very discriminatory, racist and with little consideration for people with disabilities and the elderly.

Im sorry but this missed on all levels. We waited over 25 minutes for a ‘pizza’ that we still had to bake at home, which ultimately was a few steps below what you might find in a seven eleven. Highschool za has this beat by leaps and bounds. That one-bite guy would have a field day with this place/chain hahaha.

Papa Murphy’s provides bake at home pizza. Unfortunately, it’s not very good pizza. We tried two different pizzas, and you can always eat pizza (well, maybe not Chuck E Cheese). But I won’t be going back anytime soon.

We ordered our food online. When we went to pick it up, we had to wait a few because they were really busy. The person at the window was really sweet. Both of our pizzas had special requests (like white sauce instead of regular and extra toppings), and they were perfect! Best pizza I’ve had in a while.
