10/10 recommend. I was planning a small wedding ceremony and was looking for an intimate space. I’m so grateful I found The Italian joint! The food was absolutely delicious, service was great, space in the back to host a small private event was exactly what I wanted.
The owner Erica is so sweet and really went above and beyond to make our day feel special. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts and always recommend this place to family and friends.

Me and my wife where in the area as she had an appointment near by and as we were looking for the place she needs to go I spotted this place. I always like hitting the mom and pop places for pizza and so after I dropped my wife off I came back the atmosphere is nice quiet and cozy. The service is great even one of the owners came over and we were talking about the Sunday sauce which is delicious! By the way. I ordered fried banana peppers and the double jonied pizza both were very good. There was some kids that order pizza and the guy making the pizza ( which I think is a owner as well) had them come back and he taught them how the pizza was made, they we’re thrilled for the experience. I will definitely be comiThere were some kids who ordered pizza, and the guy making the pizza (which I think is an owner as well) had them come back and he taught them how the pizza was made. They were thrilled for the experience. I will dong back it’s a bit of a drive for me but well worth it.

I was in the area with my three kids and needed a place that could work around my daughter’s gluten and dairy restrictions. The Italian Joint came up in my Google search as having gluten-free and vegan options. I ended up ordering my daughter a gluten-free pizza with vegan cheese from their GF menu (not on the kids’ menu), so the price jumped even though it was still a small pizza. For myself, I had the four-cheese ravioli with sausage, and we shared garlic knots.
When I used Google Maps to find the location, The Italian Joint showed up clearly in downtown Kissimmee at 215 Broadway. I had to parallel park on the street right in front of the restaurant the street parking was available and accessible. I also spotted some free parking behind the restaurant and nearby street parking options mentioned in reviews.
Inside, the vibe is cozy, warm, and intimate you get the sense this is a family-owned spot that takes pride in scratch-made food. In fact, they emphasize that dishes are made from scratch, and for gluten/allergy orders they cook in a conventional (not wood-fired) oven to avoid cross-contamination, which can add extra prep time.
If you’re going with dietary restrictions, just be aware that “special” options (gluten-free, vegan) come with extra cost and extra wait. That said, The Italian Joint is a solid option when Google leads you there and you need real accommodation for food allergies.

What an amazing place!
We love supporting local places and this is such a gem!
The food was delicious Anna the B service was outstanding.
My wife had minestrone, my granddaughter had a child’s pasta plate and I had chicken Alfredo. Everything was served hot and fresh. They have wood fired pizzas made to order and even bake their own bread.
The decor is spot on, with seating both inside and outside.
A must if you are in the area.

I was better off going to a franchise Italian restaurant. The place is not busy at all. The service was not good at all. The flavor of food was not good n the sauce on pasta was so dry. The chicken parm was over cook n crisp with just cheese on top. I ordered garlic rolls they were cold the min u bit into it. What an experience! You wait long for everything including beverages. I normally share with my daughter when trying a new place but from the reviews I thought oh I’ll try a different dish worse thing I did. Reviews are good sometimes but really took me by surprise here. I would never go back! The desserts were not the greatest either. Good luck to your business. I really thought it was authentic but you never know until you experience. It was a first and last for me.

The food was delicious. Everything looked beautiful and as my daughter said “its a place we want to go to again.”They also have indoor and outdoor seating. My daughter and I went to The Italian Joint at about noon Sunday and ordered half Margherita and half cheese with shrimp as an add on. Mozzarella sticks were very flavorful and favored by my daughter. The pizza was delicious and the shrimp was grilled to perfection. Service was fast and staff were very patient with us being it was our first visit. Reservations could be made but walk in is allowed. Parking is on the street and quite accessible when we went. Price was reasonable for the quality of service and food. Food was made fresh and you can observe the wood grill.

It’s a quiet, family-friendly place to eat. They have a variety of Italian-style dishes. The service is excellent. I had a margherita pizza with anchovies, and it was delicious, freshly made and wood-fired. Very nice and cozy. I was so hungry that I forgot to take a picture of my pizza and ate it very quickly You won’t regret coming here to eat.

The restaurant is beautiful and the food was amazing, which is why it’s getting 2 stars from me. However, the service was absolutely awful. Our server took 10-20 minutes longer per step than necessary and consistently forgot one person’s order every time despite seemingly being the only table she was serving. Appetizers? 1 forgotten. Drinks? 1 forgotten. Entrees? 1 forgotten. We asked for two boxes and the checks. She brought us boxes after 10 minutes and had us waiting another 10-15 for the checks just for one to be wrong. She left to correct it and we waited another 10-15 minutes just to find her standing and chatting at the register with the checks in front of her, uncorrected. We paid up front and left immediately. What should have been a 1 hour meal took us 2 hours. We were hungry and not the chattiest group, we came to eat. Just order takeout.

We had an absolutely wonderful New Year’s family reunion dinner for 7 at The Italian Joint in Kissimmee, and it exceeded every expectation! The amazing fusion of Italian and Argentine dishes is incredible—each one feels like it has a personal touch from Chef Erica making every bite special and full of heart.
They were incredibly flexible and accommodating with our family’s special requests, and even though we booked very last minute, they made it work seamlessly without any stress. The cozy atmosphere truly made us feel like home—warm, welcoming, and just like dining with family.
If you’re looking for authentic, homemade Italian-Argentine flavors in a place that treats you like one of their own, this is it. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend—thank you for making our celebration unforgettable! ❤️
