The service at this place has gone down. The cashier is the one who takes orders but also the one who makes hot sandwiches/ food. Not even acknowledging for the wait or mentioning that it will take few minutes to at least take my order. I’m a very patient man but the knowing that I been standing by the counter for 10min to place my coffee order is outrageous. When I took the pictures to write this review someone came and took my order. I know Starbucks are know. For their great service and friendly attitudes. They might just need to get better people who can at least acknowledge and be courteous for people waiting a very long time to even place the orders.

This place needs to get it together. The last 3 visits have been bad enough to warrant a bad review. Today, I ordered two burritos which took over 20 mins to come out and was cold by the time I got it. I was waiting in person the whole time. Whoever made it failed (see the pic) and the person who set it out failed by putting it in the wrong spot and not calling my name out until several minutes later. I don’t see how the system can get any easier, and struggle to see how it’s also so difficult at the same time. Please have a bit more integrity when you’re dealing with people’s food.

Everytime I come to this location there is an issue. One time I waited for a drink for 40 minutes, last time they handed me a luke warm drink that was supposed to be iced and this time they skipped my drink and once I asked them about it one of the workers was so sweet and explanatory while another was defensive and gave an attitude. Did not receive the order I drink in the end and ended up late to where I was supposed to be. Meanwhile, I provided myself 30 extra minutes JUST to go to this location. Now late btw. I’d be more forgiving to this location if it didn’t happen every single time I walk in, you guys really need to work on your service.

This location has gone down hill. It seems like some of the employees have left and there are new people there. They were busy talking while there was a line during the morning rush. This was one of the many mornings that the take out option was unavailable, so we had to order in person. The employees seemed unhappy.

I like the Starbucks. In general, you will get what you want and it does not vary depending on location. There are busy and fancy places, but overall they serve similar things. The only difference of this location is the lack of drive thru. There is a parking lot, so it was ok for us to stop and enjoy the order inside the restaurant. There are seating options outside as well. Kids got their cake pops, and I got chocolate croissant with dragon fruit lemonade.

Over 30 min for 2 coffees. The slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to.
Someone said an employee called out so they were down manpower. Regardless, whatever the workflow that was happening was not working. Call someone who was suppose to come in later, ask them to come in early! People walked in and walked out. Then people who already ordered, were asking for refunds!

Anytime we are in the area we visit this location. Baristas are friendly and give you suggestions when you are in the mood to try something new. Always clean. No drive thru but additional seating outside.

Internet isn’t working, which in itself isn’t terrible. Things happen. It is the lack of care from the staff that bothered me. No one offered to put in a work order. The first little girl I spoke to said “I know nothing about the internet”, then stared at me. I said, “okay… is there a manager or someone else who might know [what you don’t know]” and that is when she turned around to look at a fellow staff member who said “yea there have been others with issues with the internet”. Still, no one bothered to try to do anything about it. They just stared at me. They were not helpful at all.

Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been too.
One nice gentlemen was working hard making all the drinks the other employees just watched. It took 15 mins to get a hot coffee at 11:30am.
