New Customer.
First time eating at Arby’s at 31 years old.
It was cheaper than expected and tasted great. I got the two bbq brisket sandwiches for only five bucks which was a steal. One of the employees suggested I tried the mozzarella sticks which were far better than most mozzarella sticks I’ve had at restaurants. They have this horsey sauce which has the consistency of mayo but taste like horseradish and was quite nice. The restaurant was incredibly clean too it looked like they just opened for service and it was the in the middle of the day. The employees were kind and in a good mood, which is a huge plus when eating out, they even gave me a few coupons when I told them it was my first time eating at Arby’s. I don’t always eat fast food. But Arby’s made a new customer today.

Ordered 3 double beef and cheddar. The meat and what little cheese on there wasn’t even on the buns, so I’m glad I ordered extra cheese on the side #1 number 2, they were singles not doubles! But being a to go order already down the road when I realized how horrible it was! For as expensive as it is I expect what I ordered and not have to put it together my self it’s absolute crap! 00000 stars!!!

I come through Glenwood multiple times a month. I stop here almost every time and I’ve noticed over the last year the service keeps going down hill and getting worse. The food is fine and most of the time fast, but again the service has gotten really bad. Not to mention they havhad any sauce for dine in customers unless you get packets.

The speaker was very faint snd hard to hear but the woman working thr windows was kind and delivered the best service she could. Waited a little longer than expected for our food and most of it waa fresh and hot except our curly fries which was a bummer. They were rather old shriveled and dry. The Au Ju for our French dips was very hot tho so almost balanced out haha. Seemed like we caught them at a bad time possibly and would give it another chance.

I was told that it would be 7 minutes for it to be 15 minutes and for a whole meal to be missing, so I had to give one of my children my meal and the soda had no flavor. It tasted like Alka-seltzer. I was also given the wrong fries. The kicker is I was on a coach bus traveling to Las Vegas, and they almost made me miss my bus AND said they couldn’t refund my card when I called to complain. I spent more than $30 for shit.

Rarely do people give positive reviews, and being in the hospitality industry myself I definitely need too. I visit this location often and AG (I was there the evening of 5/23) has great customer service! You definitely need more people like him. He deserves a raise and or promotion. It’s hard to find good people and he is always consistent!

Arby’s in Glenwood Springs is a excellent place it’s not it’s fast food but not really I like to go there and get the French dip sandwich and french fries and I’d like to dip my French fries into the au jus sauce. And Arby’s is in a good location in Glenwood Springs next to the Glenwood Springs Mall which has a couple good stores

Went in today (6/8/2025) through the drive through.The sloppiest most disgusting burger I’ve had ever had . Was falling apart and soggy 3 mins after handing it to me and tasted awful. Cheese was barley melted and I felt sick after eating , if you are in West Glenwood Culver’s and Charcoal Burger are a far better option.

Upon arrival, we waited at the counter for approximately five minutes without being acknowledged. An employee with brightly colored hair appeared to be engaged in a casual conversation with another individual and did not demonstrate a sense of urgency to assist customers. Eventually, a young Hispanic male came over and took our order. He did a good job taking out order.
There was only one woman working in the kitchen, so it took an additional 8–10 minutes to receive our food. During our wait, another customer entered and was greeted by the same employee with colored hair, who appeared to know him personally. She proceeded to give him several items without any visible transaction, which raised questions about the professionalism and consistency of service at this establishment.
Overall, the experience left us with concerns regarding customer service and the management of the front-of-house operations.

I don’t usually have good experiences at Arby’s, but this place was decent. They were out of Dr. Pepper, and their restrooms don’t get cleaned as much as they need to be. No problems with the food itself.
