Restaurant only had a few customers when I arrived. Grabbed my happy hour drinks before I sat down, thank goodness because service was super slow even though it was not busy when I arrived. Had the margarita pizza, which was cold by the time I got it. It still tasted ok but not like it should have. Cheese was solid instead of melted like it should have been on a hot pizza. Server brought the check before she brought the food. I wanted to order dessert, but the server never came back. I could have walked out without paying for as much service as I received but went to the bartender and had him cash me out. Super disappointed with my experience. For the price charged, the food should have been hot, and service should have been better.

Happy hour is good. Nothing exciting but salsa chips, vegetables, cheeses, nuts and party mix. Last night I had the chicken strips which was moist but breading dry and needed more seasonings. French fries were hot and good. Server/bartender was new but could not change the TV station to watch the football game.

I stayed here for several weeks. Breakfasts were excellent. The bar menu for dinner was limited, but the food was usually good. For hotel guests, the happy hour was quite generous.

I have never regretted ordering a pizza so much before. I’ve gotten food poisoning from a pizza, but it was better than the one I got here. If you are in the hotel and starving to death, find a rat and eat it raw. You’ll be better off.

bad customer service, We have been coming to this location. for more then 10 years. even during the pandemic my wife and I came to stayed here but, the service is getting worse and worse,
exp . bartender did not want to give us a drink because it was happy hour and he was not going to cut the line. He, made us do the line. We were going to keep drinking and order food and we usually tip decent. After happy hour had ended, The bar was empty.
Their system is bad. I blame management. Most likely will be our last stay here.

Closed before closing time. People travel from far to be here. We came all the way from New Jersey to stay at this hotel because we thought we were going to get good service here, and we did not. It’s a Saturday night, and we paid $300 to be here at this hotel, and this is not what we paid for. We did not pay for the hotel restaurant to be closed early

Checked into the hotel on a Monday night, went down for dinner, only thing open was the bar, and the menu at bar was very limited. Not my idea of a nice quiet dinner after traveling all day, listening to a bunch of drunks and sports on tv. Went next door to a quiet sit down restaurant.
