Slow service from the beginning. Slow to take our order. Slow to bring the food. Didn’t really care that my zucchini and yellow squash didn’t have any yellow squash. Never offered to refill our water. Sweet potato fries were burned as was the chicken sandwich. My reuben was good. They didn’t have the prime rib sandwich at 6pm on a Friday night. I was told I got the past rueben of the night. It was 6pm on a Friday evening with one other table seated. Poor quality employees from cook to the waitress. We thought it strange that she didn’t give us a bill. She simply came to the table at the end and told is how much it was and walked away. Very unusual process.

Great atmosphere, music food and drinks. Me, girlfriend and her mother and sister came in around noon and it was “brunch.” Whatever you call it, it was delicious. With the manager Sam’s recommendation, I got the breakfast burger ( one of the best burgers I’ve ever had) and come with fries ( again some of the best fries). Rest of table got amazing shrimp and grits, chicken and waffles, and a breakfast spread. All great. Our server Taylor was super personable and was telling us about the karaoke (every other Saturday) and trivia coming up soon (looking forward too!) . Manager also gave me a free mimosa drink before the food after I ordered a beer. We 100% will come back! Was hesitant to post this because I don’t want this spot to get too busy!!!

I’ve only been once, but everything was GREAT!!! The food was cooked to perfection, friendly staff, great environment. I do wish the light to the bathroom was in the bathroom and not on the wall outside of it.

Me my daughter and friend had dinner Tuesday night while traveling through. I will say our server “Sandra” I think was her name was very sweet and attentive explaining everything they had on the menu along with checking on us throughout our visit as this was our first time there. We all 3 ordered the crash burger and their burgers are absolutely smashing along with their curly fries and grilled zucchini and squash. The restaurant itself was very clean and the bathrooms was also clean and smelled sorta like the unstoppable pods you put in the washer. Would definitely highly recommend her as server and the cooks name I had asked her what it was I think she said Arthur possibly he is very good as our food was delicious only downside wish there was more space themed decor and different music than rock on the jukebox ♀️

Had an amazing time at their karaoke night. Food was amazing and hot. Service was excellent Taylor is always the best. Met the owner Alan he was very friendly and working just as hard as the rest of the staff. They have a wonderful team. Keep up the good work!

Pleasantly surprised. Probably the best smash burger I’ve had in years. Burger was cooked perfect.. my sweet potato fries were crispy and perfect.
Not to mention that our server was polite, attentive and quick.
I only pull a bit away from the atmosphere because I think the new wood floors haven’t aired out enough, there’s a wood/glue smell. It’s light though . And I’ll still be back!

I normally don’t like to leave harsh reviews. My boyfriend and I were very disappointed eating at this location for the first time. They were out of almost everything on the menu. At that point they should have just closed for the day. Took them an hour and a half to get the food to the table and served my boyfriend a raw burger. I feel like it could be fixed with better management.

I loved my waitress, she was so nice and accommodating. My food was cold but my husband’s, who got the same thing as me (a double patty burger and curly fries), was warm. The kids food was warm. They had like 4 draft beers on the menu but said they didn’t have anything on draft.

I wanted this place to be a success. The first time I ate there it was great, I loved the smash burger. 2nd time a few months ago we were ready to go before they brought one of our groups meal and we waited an hour to get the first burger. The 3rd and last try they were out of fries and had no chicken and so we got up and left and went to Riviera. Poor management. Eat at the Mexican Restaurant – Riviera or BBQ Restaurant – Bluegrass.

This restaurant is an amazing addition to Pembroke. Everything was stellar, from the food to the service. I went with a friend of mine and Taylor (our server) did an excellent job. She gave use some excellent recommendations and she has excellent since of humor. I wish I would have taken pictures of the food but it was to delicious and I was to hungry to think that far ahead. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who will listen.
