This place is the worst location I’ve ever been to. I spent 68 dollars just to get some bull crap. 8.99 for queso and wedges. They must think sharing with your whole crew means a crew of 1 look at the pics. The new cheese curds large size for 4 dollars.. a squishy mess of I don’t even know what to call it except greasy cheese that was overcooked to the point these aren’t curds anymore. Let’s talk about the ridiculous 20 for 20$ wings …. I w never seen a more sad and sloppy sub par bag of crap in my life. I want my money back.

Walking by, I decided to give this fast food a try. When I walked in, the cashier was on the other side working the drive-thru. I was greeted and told they would be there soon. I understood they were busy and patiently waited while looking at the menu. While looking at the menu, I was looking at how clean chairs and tables were. I didn’t see any food or crumbs anywhere. This was during lunch hours, so they must keep this place clean. A clean sit down speaks volume in the care for a healthy place to eat. I placed my order and waited for less than 10 minutes. My experience here was that of my food being correct and friendly exchange. I got the famous bowl and a chicken pot pie. It was as good as all the KFC I’ve eaten at. I will come back here. The employees had a happy atmosphere. I didn’t see anyone unhappy.

wings are not hot and not fresh. But adjustable
Nuggets – some of them are not even cooked properly, they are hard, super oily, and i can see the uncooked flesh inside. Terrible experience
I told one of the guy and he tried to shut me off with more nuggets. And He’s rude when I am trying to talk to him about that.
Later another guy came and talked nice, but it’s not gonna change my experience of biting on a raw chicken nugget
Makes me feel disgusted, not having chicken for another month. Did not make a scene only because I am with my girlfriend.

I ordered through DoorDash and this how my sweet tea arrived. I’m sitting a dim lighting so I didn’t realized at fist but I took a sip and tasted disgusting and I happened to turn on my flash to look and saw all this. This should not be allowed. It’s gross,

Worst experience Ever. First off we ordered the biggest family meal on the meal (16 pcs) we asked for everything to be fresh and we would wait. The chicken was not fresh whatsoever , out of 8 biscuits 3 were crumbled not whole. This morning I called as soon as the store open and spoke with a lady who claims to be an assistant manager who refused to help in any kind of way. So I asked her for her D.M or General Manager to resolve the issue. Her reply was “ I cant give out co-workers name”. Wow just disappointed in customer service from a worker who is supposed to be transparent and understanding. Here are some pictures I screenshotted of the 2 videos of her definition of “ everything fresh “. I will not be returning my service, and also will express my experience with friends/ family members of the community to go to a different location. Worst assistant manager ever to not give out her name. Just lets me know she does this with customer complains so she doesn’t get in trouble from her higher boss!!!

I took my five kids there for dinner. We were the only ones in the dining room. We ordered at 6:30 PM and at 6:55 PM I asked them where our meal was because we had ordered almost 30 minutes ago. He told me it would be right up. When he gave me my meals, the french fries were cold, the macaroni and cheese had a dry film on top of it, half the chicken nuggets were overcooked, and all the kids were missing their stickers. Additionally, they didn’t give us the sauces ordered and when I went back up to the counter to ask for it, I was shushed away by the girl who was helping someone at the drive-through who apparently did not have to wait 30 minutes to get their meal. Poor service, speed, quality of food. Never again. Bye bye kfc, hello chickfila

My experience at KFC yesterday was terrible. The employee spoke to us very rudely and was extremely disrespectful. Her attitude was unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome. I really hope the management takes this seriously and improves their customer service.
