Absolutely amazing experience at Phở Saigon Bay!
The chicken phở was perfectly seasoned — rich, flavorful, and comforting — and the crispy egg rolls were incredible! Highly recommend ordering them too.
Our server Lee was fantastic — friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. Excellent service all around .

*bring cash* there is a 2.91 % fee for using debit/credit cards. The customer service was bad. There was some confusion with the waitress and our order. We sat down with the menu for about 5+ minutes before someone came to help us. Then we waited 37 minutes for the appetizer to arrive. TOO LONG in my opinion. Then the dishes started coming. It was apparent that the waitress misunderstood the order they brought out one too many dishes for us but we didn’t mention it to her, just paid for it and packed it up to go. The vegetables were not properly washed, there was either a bug or something slimy on the basil leaves. One of the lettuce was bad. See pictures attached. The pho was bland. The other dishes were fine. Waited at the register for more than 5 minutes to pay for our meal. People were walking past us back and forth but nobody came to take our payment.

The dining area was unclean upon arrival, with all tables and menus visibly dirty and no signage explaining whether guests should seat themselves or order first. The server responded to my questions while eating behind the counter and speaking with food in his mouth.
I asked for a table to be wiped down, but it was left soapy and wet. When water was brought to the table, the server handled the rim of the glass. Given the lack of basic hygiene and professionalism, especially during flu season, I did not feel comfortable dining here and chose to leave.
Cleanliness and sanitation are essential, and unfortunately this experience did not meet those standards.

we asked the waiter if he could make some suggestions he said “no” we told him we’ve never been here before … he wasn’t interested to explain anything, so he leaves us and comes back and ask if we’re ready so we order he should’ve told us we ordered too much but he didn’t. The soup we ordered had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. I had the chicken noodle it was mostly noodles and a slice of chicken that looked like lunch meat., it was tasteless. We waited for the waiter to come back. He never did so. We went up to the counter and they let us know that that’s where we pay for our bill. It was $60.00 for two small soups, chicken wings, and spring rolls.
I never plan to return… didn’t seem like the waiter was interested in providing any quality service… that’s fine. They just lost customers and we have a big, huge family and lots of friends.

The summer rolls contain really fresh and crunchy vegetables, the peanut sauce has a lot of flavor and topped lots of crushed peanuts. The Chả giò is okay, but they use standard egg roll wrappers and not the rice paper. Surprisingly, the standout dish was their tamarind chicken wings. Flats and drumettes twice fried and then tossed in a reduced candy like sauce: spicy, sticky and still crispy. Very reminiscent of San Tung in SF.
The service here is always a little lacking. Even when the place is totally empty. Or, when you and your dining partner are asking each other if you’ve ordered enough food and the server responds, “Yeah, that’s enough.” Actually, that’s kind of funny.

I recently dined at Pho Saigon DIRTY Bay, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was shockingly poor. Despite placing an order for tea and coffee, the drinks were completely forgotten. To make matters worse, when I received my bill, they still attempted to charge me for these drinks that I never received!
Throughout my visit, I noticed that the staff didn’t come back to check if everything was okay – not once. It felt as though they were more focused on rushing to complete their tasks than ensuring a pleasant dining experience for customers.
Additionally, I was horrified by the lack of cleanliness at the establishment. I observed the same servers who were handling food also picking up dirty dishes and cleaning tables without washing their hands in between. They even managed the cash register without any hygiene protocols, which is utterly unacceptable!
When I finally addressed the situation regarding the missing drinks, the staff member seemed confused and had to triple-check the table, even though a woman behind him had already apologized to me. It was frustrating to deal with such disorganization.
To top it all off, the quality of the food was abysmal. The noodles in my soup tasted old and undercooked – some were still hard and inedible, prompting me to remove them entirely from my bowl.
Overall, I cannot recommend Pho Saigon Dirty Bay. The terrible customer service and lack of cleanliness made my visit completely unsatisfactory. Save your time and money and choose another place to dine!

This place is a great spot for pho.
However, I always feel thirsty and sleepy after eating here.
They give fewer vegetables compared to other pho places, and the prices are on the higher side.
Still, if taste is all that matters to you, this is a pho restaurant worth trying.

Fast service. The food portions are HUGE! We couldn’t finish our Pho, it was so much food but it was good and tasty. It would be good if they had smaller plates options.

The pho is hella good, spring rolls hella good and the service is rather quick. Prices are reasonable too so go ahead and splurge on appetizers while your there, the portions are fantastic I been a fat guy for pretty much all my life and I couldn’t finish my pho which is unheard of.

Good soup ready quick, the rest of the menu seems okay too but I go for the soup. The wait staff is a little slow with water refills (a necessity with the salt content of good pho) and has a tendency to get orders and tables mixed up at the register, but they’re very polite and the food is fast and good, so being a little clumsy doesn’t matter all that much.
