I ordered a loaded baked potato and as you can see by the photos it was burnt inside and out when I called right back when we got home the guy I talked to didn’t say anything to help with the problem I tried calling the corporate office but it was close will call Monday was not happy at all I’m going to Rudy’s next time
Oh and they were out of butter and bacon and the guy says yes they’re out of a lot of things order dino nuggets and no dino nuggets just regular ones French Fry’s were greasy as hell and I gave 3 star for service cuz we were the only ones in the place

Was pretty disappointed with this joint. Came in for lunch and ordered the giant baked potato with pulled pork- the potatoes were cooked nicely- soft and fluffy all the way through but was missing the bacon and no sour cream, just overall mediocre as far as loaded baked potatoes go- the pulled pork seemed stale, not tender or soft but sort of stiff at the ends like it was old. Just not very tasty like I had imagined when I ordered. To add to the experience my table was sticky with something that had spilt and not been cleaned and there were sticky cup rings from previous customers that sat there the day before. Dry sticky cup rings where my arms rested on the wooden table. Lots of flies buzzing around and other little bugs crawling around the table. Would not recommend based on my experience.

Ordered too cold to walk over. Food was Old and Tasteless. Sweet Tea was Unsweetened. Chicken wings so overcooked the only flavor that came through was Burnt. Sausage had odor. Fries and Okra soggy. Worst Dickeys experience ever. Will never order from this location again. Recommend Nothing!

The worst, most disgusting food ever. Save your money. If you’re gonna get food poisoning, at least get a good meal out of it. Dry meats, BLACK and double-microwaved potatoes, oxidized cheese, burnt toast. I predict next that their social media manager will write some half-a apology and provide an email alias that no one responds to. I’ve already emailed them twice and no response.

The cashier was kind. First I ordered chicken sandwich and they said they had no chicken to make it. So I ordered a brisket sandwich combo. I saw on the menu it said get it “Texas Size for $2.50”. So I got it Texas sized. The total was $25.34, which seemed expensive, so I got a receipt. The receipt showed the Texas Size up charge was $7.99. I asked the cashier why it was so much so she grabbed the cook in the back. The cook said that is the price, to which I referred to the menu screen which said $2.50. She said that’s not right and that corporate changed the price but hasn’t updated the menu. So I told her I didn’t want the Texas Size and asked to refund the money. She said they can’t refund the money. I asked if she could void the last transaction start a new one and she plainly said she can’t do that. So I said ok and went to my table. I waited for the food and when the sandwich came out the meat was lukewarm and very bland. This may have been one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any restaurant. I can’t say this will be the last time I’ll ever go to a Dickeys but it certainly the last time I will ever visit the one in Tolleson. Hopefully the customer service and food quality is better at other locations. For the price I paid, I would expect more.

Thank you for reading the Honesty Reviews4u! This place looks like a great place to visit on the weekend with family and friends. With good music playing in the background along with good BBQ food. In my visit I had the Briscut BBQ sandwich with fries. The sandwich was great especially after putting some sweet sauce. The meet was slice and the fries were well cooked however were not salted so you need to get some salt in the condiments section. The restaurant has a see thru kitchen to allow you to see how they make your food from beginning to end. The meat was well cooked and tasted great. Highly recommend this place!

Place was excellent. Went there with my mom while she was here from Cali for Christmas holidays. We got a full rack each. Took most of it home. Excellent ribs!! Meat falls right off the Bone. They give you a cup to keep. Also free soft serve ice cream. Nice place too. Clean and looks good inside. Was a little hard to find at first.

Second visit quite a bit a time apart. Don’t do it if you’re craving real barbecue this ain’t the spot. Ordered ahead get to the restaurant only one person working someone else showed up about 10 minutes later food was not ready. Can’t blame the dude that was working he was doing what he could. Brush all that aside. Got order it was wrong so had to get that fixed. Ordered the 3 meat plate. They give you 1 small size container of barbecue sauce. Charge you for any extra. Ordered turkey and smoked brisket. Turkey looked and tasted like some thick sliced deli meat that had been put into the smoker for a little bit . I’m not kidding . Brisket had an ok flavor but was way over cooked and just as dry as could be. Potato salad was one of my sides. It was really good but I will never ever eat at dickies bbq again. What a disappointment. Should have drove a little further to Rudy’s. I’m not exaggerating guys. Don’t wast your money. This ain’t real bbq and it’s like they have no management. There wasn’t a soul eating in the restaurant. That’s always a bad sign to me. Should of known better

Got lunch?! I did, I ordered the brisket mac and cheese stack and a large sweet tea. The staff at this location were so friendly and the dinning area was very clean.
