This place was fantastic! We wanted a good breakfast, with a chance to “eat like locals.” This fit the bill perfectly!
The service was very friendly and attentive. We were met with a smile, and our orders were taken promptly. We got great advice from our server in making our breakfast choices. My wife got a bacon avocado tomato omelette. I got the Portuguese pork loco moco. We shared a short stack of the tropical pancakes with coconut syrup. Everything was fantastic!

This place is so good! The 1st time here I had the eggs, fried rice and Portugese sausage which was my favorite. The 2nd time we went I tried the tropical pancakes! The pancakes were fresh and the coconut syrup had just enough sweetness to it.
We can’t wait to come back to eat here again!

Walked in with no wait at 9am on a Wednesday. Service was fast considering that the diner was full. Nicely roasted coffee to go with a hearty breakfast plate. Crispy hash browns, flavorful Portuguese sausage, extra butter on the toast, fluffy egg!! A great place to fill up before going on an bike ride.

A cozy family run diner with really good food. The breakfast was excellent and they have a good selection off the menu and daily specials too.
The staff was very attentive and took food care of us even when the place was busy. I enjoyed the setup, but you could classify it as a “greasy spoon” diner. They have a small parking lot and one unisex bathroom.
Great breakfast place!

Delicious food every time! Cute little restaurant. The decor inside is homey and comforting in a wonderful way. Makes you feel like you’ve been invited over to someone’s home. Service is always pleasant. I will be bring family to this restaurant for breakfast when they come visit!

My wife and I ate here today. Food was awesome. I ordered the local girl which was an omelet with fried rice and kim chee. The only complaint was there service was slow. People arriving at the diner after us and getting their food before us does set well with me. But I get it, stuff happens. But if you’re in the area stop in and try them out. I recommend the fried rice.

Breakfast here was good! I think we did the Ono #2 with Portuguese sausage (SO good) and fried rice, plus two banana pancakes and a side of hash browns. The pancakes weren’t bad, but I was a little disappointed – they just weren’t anything special.
One other note – my wife and I both thought the orange juice tasted weird, but can’t figure out why. We wished we had gotten grapefruit or something instead.

Excellent breakfast food and very generous portions. Service was good. Expect to pay around $15-18 per person if you want coffee. I recommend the pork and kimchi omelet.

Awesome family restaurant! Feels like someone’s grandma is in the kitchen! I ate spam for the first time here! Everything was yummy, coffee was good, service was quick and friendly, and wait wasn’t too bad. Really enjoyed our meal, especially the banana macadamia pancakes!

Visited 3/12 and 3/14/2019. Prices are reasonable, food is decent. Service is a little slow. Rice seemed a little under-cooked both times we went. Parking is kind of a pain. It was good enough that we went twice though!
