Hidden gem of a restaurant in Versailles. The location isn’t that convenient but the food and service will make it worth it. Food was unique and delicious. Service was only one lady owner but she was a genius at working the room and super friendly. Nice atmosphere and love the rest room!! Very cute!

THE BEST – honestly, this was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. Everything was spectacular. This is a must try. Service was impeccable! The food was delicious! Preparation and presentation were wonderful. And, it was a hearty meal. The chef greeted us during the meal and was proud to discuss his thoughts behind certain items. This place is excellent and should be on anyone’s reservation list who comes to versailles!!!

Our first night in Versailles, we had a fabulous dinner @Gaberem
From the moment we walked in the door, we knew it was going to be AMAZING!
The owner who happen to also be our waitress made us feel at home and took extra care helping us translate the menu!
The menu was so unique and each dish was made with fresh seasonal ingredients!
We shared 3 of the starters-
Crab, Avocado and Mango
Chilled Pea and Mint Soup
Beef Carpaccio with an eggplant tart and pepper sorbet. The Pepper sorbet was like nothing I’ve ever eaten! It definitely inspired me to get an ice cream maker to create a savory sorbet!
For our entree, we split the
Truffle Conchiglie
Veal with a peppercorn sauce
Pork belly in a tangy sweet sauce. The pork was so tender, we didn’t even need a knife.
You definitely have to add @gaberim to your list when visiting France!!

Fantastic place. Wonderful hostess, very kind, welcoming, and accommodating. The food was so delicious that I did not want the experience to end. Please make reservations ahead of your visit. Otherwise, you are going to miss out on this amazing place.

After a leisurely walk from the deep tourist zone of Versailles, we dined at a restaurant that promises fresh and seasonal dishes. Our waitress was knowledgeable of the menu and a joy to explain what each item produced. After the appetizer of egg and salmon, my truffle pasta entree was what dreams are made of.
