Absolutely terrible. Never ever visit this location. Especially, being an Uber driver, DoorDash driver or Uber eats driver. They have terrible customer service. The supervisors are total jerks. They refuse to hand and give drivers their order. I have an insulated bag that I use for all of my orders. Upon being discriminated, I was refused in order. I was told my bag is not insulated enough. While losing out on the $30 that I was supposed to make, the customer lost out on their order. The company also wasted time, energy and effort. What a waste of time. This has nothing to do with protocol. Just total racial discrimination. How can someone who works for Burger King? Tell me how to deliver in order. She does not work for GrubHub, DoorDash or Uber eats. Someone with less credentials has no idea how this gig economy life works. Please stop making companies and drivers lose money for this foolishness. We all are prepared and ready to deliver orders in any conditions. We have our own equipment, which is approved by our employer to transport pizza, food, or any other items. Please stay flipping burgers and stay away from messing with gig economy‘s money.

I went through drive-thru I ordered a kids meal with a chocolate shake two for six Junior Whoppers and an extra chocolate shake I called the store to let them know that I did not receive the other chocolate shake but also did not receive a receipt when I called the store they said they couldn’t pull up my order since I didn’t have a receipt for my order number and they said they looked on the transactions and drive through and said that we were not charged for that second chocolate shake I called again to complain that there’s no way my order came out to almost $22 just for that they continue to arguing with me and I ended up hanging up on them they’re supposed to make the customers happy and fix their order all the employees did was make me mad and wouldn’t fix my order or replace anything I will not be going to this Burger King ever again

I love this place when I need fast food stop, it’s always hot and delicious. Service is exceptionally friendly, fast, well mannered. We usually go in but today it was just a drive thru pick up. We just finished grocery shopping. Now you get to choose your sides because every time I come to BK I can’t ever decide on fries or onion rings but now you can’t have both tell them you want halfsies

CAUTION WHEN EATING HERE! I made the choice to have Burger King in West Springfield, MA on Riverdale Road, and I was casually eating my fries until I got to the bottom of the container and noticed a crusty, greasy screw!! Thank god I noticed it before I choked on it. I proceeded to call the corporate office, and the rep told me he would submit a ticket and I would receive a call back…still waiting on that call. As if I was not frustrated enough, I decided to go back to the store to inform the manager and to make sure that it does not happen to anyone else. She took the bag into a back office and came back with the response “there aren’t any screws in our fry holder”..as I glance over and see atheist 3 screws in plain site! Needless to say, I will not be eating there again! Burger King

My kids and I love coming here for ice cream cones as a treat. They make great sized icecream cones and anytime my puppy comes they always give her a treat. The employees are amazing and go above and beyond and have made this our favorite ice cream spot!
