I’ll let the photo speak for itself. Over $15 for a regular medium combo, at WENDY’S?? Just do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. If you’re driving back from Canada, push on to Buffalo and eat something real.

Wendy’s Grand Island is sad. Employees are not competent to make a simple breakfast sandwich. I purchased 2 sausage egg and cheese on an english muffin. 4 ingredients and I got 3. Both sandwiches came with NO egg. Why? Not the end of the world, but kinda ruined my morning. Boo on the children who can’t complete a small task. Guess they had my egg on their face!!

Dude, no shoes, no shirt, no service, I get it. But no potatoes, no BBQ sauce, no spoon, no straws, no Sprite, no upsell, and I got a small? I could’ve gotten a large! They said no to my return. My fries look like they forgot something. My burger was alright, but that angry employee with the snake tattoo at the window? Plus, I missed out on a strawberry Pop-Tart Frosty because I didn’t have a second to ask a question. So, yeah, I’m bummed. Anyway, you should probably hit up Burger King tonight because Wendy’s is a no-go. For real.

Unbelievable. How bad this place is? The girl at the window serves food that is not even warm, let alone hot, when you check your food and tell her that she grabs the bag and slams the window only to have a rude, unprofessional manager come to the window and act condescending then tells you to pull over and he’ll bring some hot food out to you. Go back a week later. The same thing happens only the chicken nuggets are actually so bad. The second they came out the window. They were not even slightly warm and I told the girl again that they are not even hot and once again she grab the bag slam the window and went and got her incompetent manager who then hands me a bag of hot chicken nuggets out the window with his head. Turn the other direction not looking at me. Do not waste your time going to this Wendy’s when there’s a Burger King across the street, they could not be more unprofessional and their food is not edible

This is my temporary lunch spot while working a job on Grand Island. This place undercooks their fries about 80% of the time. Never crisp. Always left with that raw potato taste. Something is wrong with their soda machine too – they either never change the syrups or the distribution of syrup/ carbonated water is very off. Service is quick, which is great, however maybe they should slow down your make sure they are doing things right and serving food that looks appropriate to Wendy’s and is fully cooked and prepared.

This was a insane experience I went through drive thru places order the order was wrong. I walked in the restaurant and I spoke to a gentleman who was very nice and calm about how this order was wrong and this spazz manager got in my face being rude when had my receipt that they never gave me arguing with me and being out of control. I snapped at him of course I was upset and shocked. I feel bad for this person just have a lot going on and I upset him. I get it but you don’t yell at customers and challenge people .

This used to enjoy this Wendy’s location to get a combo meal, salad, baked potato or chili. The past few times I have been here I have been a massive let down. Part of the challenge of using the drive-tru is managing to make it beyond the craters and potholes. Then I get home with my order to discover, on several occasions, that my order got messed up and I received the wrong burger or something was not included from the order.
For the amount I recently paid for the latest ordered meal I could have gone elsewhere and paid a bit more, like to a local restaurant and got everything done correctly. Wendy’s may like to offer new and exciting sandwiches, but what is the point when you don’t receive what is ordered?
I only give this two stars because my burger was actually tasty.
Well, if you find yourself here I hope your experience is more positive. Keep on lunching, keep on munching.
EDIT (5-15-2022): Well, at least the parking lot and drive through no longer have potholes and craters.

9/24/2022 Order 4 double cheeseburgers from this Wendy’s. Open the bag up at the house and all that was in there where hamburger buns. You got to be kidding me right nope not a joke 4 hamburger buns with no cheeseburgers in them. You can tell by the photos there was nothing ever put on the buns. This goes to show how this manager is running the store. Plan on call corporate office first thing Monday morning and calling the store Sunday becuase can’t do it now there closed. Called the card company and filled fraud charges with them as well. I hope they pull there franchise agreement and yes they can do that more easily then people think.

The place smells dirty and the grease clearly has not been cleaned the smell of dirty grease is literally pouring out of the drive thru windows. This order I got doordash, you can see the burnt bits of old food on the potato wedges. Please follow the health department requirements when it comes to maintaining your fryers because this is disgusting. And they took forever made my door dasher wait 10 minutes and the food was cold. I know it was not my dasher it took her 3 minutes to get here. I should of went to Burger King

We frequent this location, and order from the app. When we pull up to the drive thru, the employees are always friendly and the food is prepared as ordered. I’m disappointed to read the negative reviews, because frankly we’ve never had an issue with this location. We’ve also entered the establishment to order, and have eaten inside. Again, no pressing issues. It seems like some reviewers are overly negative about trivial things. This is a fast food restaurant, not the Ritz!
