We tried their chilli burger and chicken tender in the kids menu everything was yummy. The tenders were like hand crafted well seasoned. Too bad theirs is only two per menu. The fries are not the best especially if you ever had IN and OUT fries. But they were okay. And the prices were alright. We got chocolate milk for the kids and I was surprised. It was a good size and taste. I will surely go back. It is a shame that the outside of Blake restaurants look so cheap.

Best green chili cheeseburger anywhere, but when they forget to put the cheese and the green chili on, it’s a disappointment. They got it fixed, but had this been a drive thru visit, I would have been more upset.

Horrible store all around. We seriously don’t understand how it can be this bad. We’ve been ordering from here for about a year now as it is right across the street and we keep hoping it improves. 90% of the time they will mess up your order. Forget chile or cheese. The wait is always ridiculous. Today I ordered for pickup, got there and received my drinks and I sat and waited for my food to be done. Little did I know It was sitting on the back counter for 20 minutes and no one bothered to let me know. This store is utter garbage.

It was great food nice and hot but when it came to like customer service they gave like a rude attitude. We called to tell them we walked and if they can bring out to us and insisted for us to go through the drive thru while we are on foot. Doesn’t make sense that way but when we told the lady she sighed on the phone didn’t give us like a “yes we’ll be out to hand your order” she was more like sighed on the phone and hung up like if it was so hard for her to be a decent employee she just took our card and slammed the door. Not even a smile or happy attitude. Needs work on customer service.

Hands down the best Burger in town. I like mine with Green Chile, no cheese no Onion and YUM! Both the Regular fries and seasoned fries are good but I tend to go for the seasoned more often. No matter what you order or what ingredients you put or what you subtract and you will be happy and miserably full…it’s a good thing.. when you’re done eating. The Peach Shakes are pretty good to, my only complaint is that they only have one size shake and it’s small..so I have to get like 3 to satisfy my craving and cool off with this heat.

This Blake’s offered walk through with the drive through.. we ordered 2 adult meals and 3 kids meals. They forgot 2 orders of fries and one kids meal completely. We had also ordered drinks and did not get them. Returned 3 times and still did not get order correct. Still no drinks. Do not recommend. Worst service.

Fernando and the two ladies making the food were great and friendly! I tend to be a little picky when it comes to what I eat, so when they got the extra bacon, extra cheese, eggs cooked right, I wanna say it was the first time I got my burrito done the way I want it from any Blake’s.
The only reason I didn’t give it a five star was because the manager was rushing, was rude to her employees and myself until the end. It might be a rush(customers) but handle it one customer at a time. Seemed like it did more harm than good having you rushing around.

2 stars because the burgers were so good. Also, only 2 stars because this was a very uncharacteristic and disappointing trip to a Blake’s Lotaburger. I waited in line after placing my order at the drive thru (2 combos, seasoned fries, chicken tenders, out if ice tea) for 25 minutes and then decided to go in to see if it would be faster to pick it up at the counter. The people that walked in before me were told that there’s no fries because the fryer wasn’t working, and that they were out of diet dr. Pepper. I got to the register and the staff were completely unorganized and they confused my order with another group that were there before me and then realized it wasn’t mine so the people came over to find out the fryer was down, but they were never told. I finally got my 2 burgers (no fries or chicken tenders) and 2 drinks and the drink station was disgusting, and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. The burgers were delicious but me and my wife both had stomach aches about 30 minutes later. I will not go back to this location. Bad manager.
