Wow! We got a few appetizers/tapas like the shrimp, beef skewers, cheeseburger empanadas, and a beef cooked with green peppers and onions. All the food was delicious!! My husband and I shared the.4 tapas and we were stuffed. The restaurant is so beautiful and calming and the service (Kaitlin) was great! We will definitely come by again when in the area.

Filet was grilled to perfection. Asparagus & creamy mashed potatoes were both delicious and cooked very well. I showed up ten minutes before the kitchen closed, but they did not turn me away. Instead everyone was very welcoming and courteous. Highly recommend this restaurant if you want a great steak!

We visited Frix’s on Tuesday, right before dinner began for the evening. What an awesome gem! The restaurant itself felt upscale and clean, and the entrees we ordered were delicious. We’ve had a hard time finding a steakhouse with actual steak on the children’s menu, so this was a real treat for our daughter. Our first waitress had short brown hair and she didn’t really do a great job at checking on us. We sat without a drink refill for about 30 minutes until a new blonde waitress took over, and promptly took care of us. She was great. The creme brûlée I’d ordered for dessert didn’t have that iconic hard torched top so that was disappointing, but overall the food was excellent. After we paid our bill, I noticed that the first waitress charged us for a Michelob Ultra even though we didn’t order any alcohol. I don’t usually check the itemized receipt but I was curious about how much the desserts were since it was a verbal menu. We didn’t bother going through a refund process because we didn’t want to risk having $300 pending for several days until everything cleared correctly, versus the $150 that our check totaled with the error.

Had a wonderful dining and beverage experience here today. The Steak Stroganoff was spot on! Sat in the Bar area and the Bartender was very attentative and ensured my drink and food needs were taken care of. The atmosphere in the bar was great and I really had a great time! I’ve eaten carry out from here but never experienced the restraunt/bar until today…it was awesome and I highly recommend you give them a try!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Both myself and my friend ordered the ribeye and it was so tough it was hard to chew. Everything else was yummy. The sides, the bread, etc only the steak had issues. We were so tired we didn’t say anything but I was surprised they didn’t question when our steaks were left only 20% eaten on the plate.

Stellar! This place will be the highlight of your bay bridge travel experience. We randomly picked this place to wait out NoVA traffic by catching dinner before crossing the Bay Bridge and were blown away. Dean was a fantastic host and knows the menu like the back of his hand. You must stop here at some point in your life. It’s worth it.

Really disgusting. The bistec with onions was slimy in texture and the beef slices were chewy, my fiancés salmon was clearly raw in the center. More than 70 dollars for 2 drinks total and 2 entrees total, plus one additional side for 4.50. Will never be back, genuinely quite nasty. The waitress was the only saving grace, she was great.

The crab dip was pretty good and the jalapeno poppers and the dipping sauce were amazing. The kids loved their plates. The mahi mahi was delicious. Anderson was the perfect waiter and we’ll definitely be making a return trip.

Delicious food!!! The Southwest Pastel basket was AMAZING!!!!!!! the soup was INCREDIBLE! My Bife Acebolado was so tender and DELICIOUS!!! My husband ordered the chicken meal. He wasn’t impressed. It was simple and light. Tasted good just simple. Would absolutely recommend!
