We have been here 5 times now and this review is overdue. The wait staff is great and provides wonderful recommendations. The food is consistently awesome and the atmosphere has been quiet and mellow for all of our trips, both for lunch and dinner.

A major feat having Korean food in Southern Oregon. Though not fully authentic, flavors well-reference the Korean palette — albeit with some slight variation twists.
* Kimchi Jeon (김치전), served crispy but the kimchi is not your classic Napa cabbage ferment. Copious amounts of vegetables, pork add-on a good choice.
* Seafood Tofu Soup (해물순두부) gets the key elements right (including the silken tofu), but the broth is a bit reminiscent of dried bouillon.
* Galbi Beef Ribs (갈비) is a bit heavy on the soy, the marinade could be watered down a bit. Rather than grilled, the LA short rib cut had the semblance of being griddle-fried.
Overall, a welcome option when looking for flavors Korean in an area with very few Asian ethnic options. Important though not to compare to LA or San Francisco/Oakland where there is access to more Korean products.

Such a great space! The food is phenomenal. I’ve never been to Korea, but I have been to many Korean restaurants across the US and this is the best one I’ve had so far. The staff is friendly, the decorations are amazing. You can tell it’s going to be good when you walk in.

This is a truly traditional and authentic Korean restaurant, offering a genuine taste of Korean cuisine. The environment is warm, inviting, and very quiet, making it a great place to enjoy a relaxing meal without the usual hustle and bustle. The restaurant’s attention to authenticity really stands out, from the flavors of the dishes to the way everything is presented.
Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to take food pictures this time, as I ordered takeout for my husband. However, the quality and taste were impressive, with rich flavors and well-prepared ingredients that reflect true Korean cooking.
I’m looking forward to coming back for a dine-in experience to try more of their dishes fresh from the kitchen. Definitely a hidden gem for those who appreciate authentic Korean cuisine!

We finally made our way to this restaurant that’s been on my to-do list for a while. It was a little more expensive than we hoped, but the food was amazing. The host was very kind, welcoming, patient, and happy to show us how to do things (like mixing the “bibimbob” well [not sure if bibimbap is the same thing, as it’s listed bubimbob on their menu, so I can’t speak for that dish if it is different.]). My son said it was the best thing he ever tasted (beef), and my husband and I were also thoroughly pleased with both dishes we tried (tofu). They had a lot of neat decorations in the place as well, so it was a fun atmosphere to dine in. Thank you for a lovely introduction into Korean cuisine!

Great authentic food, with care put into all the details, served by a guy so passionate it’s contagious. The atmosphere is calm, and the interior is nicely done. La ktown level grub in south oregon, easy 5.

I haven’t been in the restaurant but I have ordered take out multiple times and I am super impressed with their food. I have high expectations when it comes to sushi and food in general. It’s been challenging finding places here that live up to my expectations. This is the highest quality I’ve found in our area.

My wife wanted to eat lunch here on Easter Sunday and so of course we had to try.
We were the only ones there the entire time which was such a shame as the food was amazing and superb all around. We had the pan fried dumplings as an appetizer which were crispy and super fresh. My wife had the kimchi pork fried rice and I had the chicken teriyaki. Both dishes came with miso soup and were so flavorful. We both finished our plates as we both loved the dishes we got. The sauce in my chicken teriyaki was filled with flavor and so savory. The owner came and chatted with us and he was also a very nice older gentleman. Definitely one of the best Asian restaurants in the Medford area and recommend to anyone looking for a taste of Korea! Will be back again.
