Absolutely unacceptable behavior from the staff at the Concourse A location this morning. I ordered a ham, egg, and cheese croissant and asked for a receipt three times. The employee, who claimed to be the ‘System Manager,’ lied and told me it was on the bag. It wasn’t. And they also got me someone else’s food – a bacon sandwich I never ordered. When I pressed him, he handed me a random receipt for a different customer with different items and someone else’s credit card information on it.
When I pointed this out, he explicitly stated, ‘I refuse to give you a receipt’ and claimed he was ‘the manager’ and that no one else at the airport could help me. He then ran back into the kitchen to avoid dealing with me. Refusing a receipt and handing out other customers’ private financial info is a massive compliance issue. Avoid this place.

Attached is a picture of the food they gave me that’s NOT a ham egg croissant that I ordered.

My flight was delayed and I wanted something to drink. Walked over to the convenient BH Kiosk and was greeted by the most pleasant individual thus far in my trip. Patty H. was awesome and I could have talked with her for hours. It’s refreshing when you encounter a staff member that is happy to wait on you. Oh, and the Squoze Lemonade was awesome too! Lol

I ordered a Pastrami Reuben. On the menuu board the description statedu could get mustard or Russian Dressing. Ask for Russian dressing on the sandwich the fella making the sandwiches rudely replied “we don’t have Russian Dressing.” On top of that no saeurkraut was put on the sandwich. Not going to walk halfway through the airport for a correction on the sandwich. Won’t have to worry about my business again. No i do not recommend.

I ordered a “protein wrap” labeled as having spinach, creamy feta, turkey, egg- white, an no yellow chese, but received instead a spinach-less overly cheesy, greasy saturated wrap.
Completely disappointed, false advertising.

Stopped by the Boar’s Head Café in ATL Terminal A and… it was rough. Tried my best to get the young lady behind the counter to crack a smile—no luck. She wasn’t outright rude, but there was zero eye contact or warmth the entire time.

As for the food? Nearly every sandwich we tried to order was missing ingredients. Out of pesto, out of rye, out of Swiss, out of bacon jam—you name it. Felt like a comedy routine. We ended up subbing in other stuff just to get something made, and while we were glad to eat, it shouldn’t be this hard to get a sandwich.

Also, no napkins in sight. For $40+ for two sandwiches, a small bag of chips, and a couple of bottled waters, you’d hope for at least the basics.

Hard pass next time.

Super fast! Service was wonderfully nice even though I was rushed. I had the turkey croissant sandwich and it was delicious, fresh, and had lots of meat on it. $14 for sandwich, $7 for yogurt and granola

This is fast food at the Atlanta International Airport. You should lower your expectations for any food establishment at Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson.
This Boar’s Head Café was busy on a Monday morning at 7 AM and was running efficiently. I asked for a croissant with egg. I asked them to remove the cheese. The server was cheerful and happy to help. She actually added additional egg in the absence of the cheese. Nice touch. I got through the line quickly. My order was taken. The coffee tasted well and I was satisfied.
If you approach these food establishments in any of the concourses in this airport with low expectations, you won’t be disappointed.

Awful, awful, awful service…Boars Head really needs to be more careful about whom they hire to represent their brand. The most miserable young man took my order…he clearly didn’t want to be there, didn’t greet me, made the wrong sandwich and then argued with me about it (someone else posted his picture in their review!). I asked for a refund and left…would have escalated on the spot but my flight was boarding. I travel a lot and had good experiences with this location in the past but they lost a customer…never again – there are plenty of other choices in Concourse A

The service was absolutely terrible. I was yelled at for ordering wrong, asking for tomatoes and onions, asking to toast my roll. The worker rolled her eyes at me and rudely told me to “have a great day” being condescending. I paid $20 for a hoagie that was had no meat on it. It tasted good but was also so small.

The gentleman at the pastry area was very rude and disrespectful. It felt like he didn’t even want to serve you; he seemed very upset about being at work and disappointed.
