Lobby door was locked long after open time. No note on door to clue anyone in on why, and when I tried to call the store phone no one answered even though you could clearly see people working inside. Drive thru seemed to be open but we wanted to dine in. We just went somewhere else. I work in restaurant service industry and I feel like if you’re going to have your lobby close, you should have a note on the door stating why or at least answer the phone.

Arby’s has gone down hill.Issues that are frequent are…extremely slow service, no roast beef, stale or hard sandwich bread, and missing items from orders. My favorite sandwich is the French Dip and the last several times it has been ordered i have received a sandwich and no dip or I get both but the bread the sandwich is made on is dried out and crispy and far from enjoyable. I used to enjoy Arby’s in Murray but now use it as a last resort.

Last time visiting here. Mobile order to speed up the process, pointless. Shake machine broken and they can’t refund on a Mobile order, so substitute a strawberry lemonade. Sauce cup shoved into container on top of chicken strips.

Arby’s is best known for their killer beef and cheese sandwiches. Whichever size has the same melt in your mouth roast beef and melted cheese sauce that drips all over your hands. I also tried a crispy fish and cheese sandwich for the first time that my wife and I split. We both were satisfied with the crunchy outside and soft bun, however the fish lacked a fresh fish flavor and was more mushy than flaky on the inside. Other foods ordered were jalapeño poppers that are top notch. Especially with the Bronco Berry sauce that I would love to buy a gallon at a time. Mozzarella sticks are warm and tasty, along with the crunchy outside. Curly fries are warm and fresh. Overall Arby’s kitchen delivers great quality and delicious flavors except for the fish. Keep doing what you do best.

We are so glad that Arby’s has come to our home town! We have just discovered it after trying it 30 years ago. We got sick after eating the food and just couldn’t bring ourselves to try it again. Now that we have started eating at Arby’s, we’re finding that it’s one of our favorite places to eat . The beef and cheddar, or the plain roast beef are both very good sandwiches and filling. I like that the meat is tender and not greasy!

Food was decent. The buffalo slider tasted a little soapy. Guy at register was nice. Took forever to get food. 4 cars received their order before we received ours. The pumps were a mess with an ant roaming around the pumps. The Diet Dr.Pepper had water coming out the front. This is the first time that we have been disappointed with this Arby’s.
