First time coming to Tucson’s and it was an amazing experience. Huge shoutout to Elsie who was our waitress. She was on top of everything! My boyfriend and I had a date night, since I’ve always wanted to come here and I’m a wine lover and Elsie made sure my needs were met. Anytime we needed a refill or anything she was there. I recommend this place to anyone, the food was amazing, the staff was superb and the environment was welcoming. I will definitely be coming back again soon.

Delish and so many options. The kid ate for free and we enjoyed refills of our favorite lime drink (Brazilian limeade). Highly recommend! Try the spicy chicken thighs and the brisket, yum!

I love going to Tucanos! It has been fun to go there with my friends when we have been in Utah. The food and dessert was delicious! I would highly recommend for any special event! The only challenge is our table was by the outside space during the winter which made it very cold but I still had a great time!

Best Brazilian in the area. The staff are so friendly and will Literally accommodate all of your requests. My 6 year old loves the sausage here but they don’t usually cook it for the afternoon lunches. They specially put it on for my boy and gave it to his as a surprise. Slater was one of our servers and it was him that really made this happen! Thank you so much for the service and my son also said it’s a 10/10!!!!!!!!!!

I just had a a pretty lousy experience at the Orem Tucano’s and I’m questioning if I’ll bother going back. I went with my wife for my birthday meal and our meal was pretty good. My wife even pointed out how she thought it was fresher than the previous time we went there. We also ordered a giant piece of chocolate cake to go.
The frustrating, lousy thing was when I went to pay I went to hand the server a gift card along with my credit card to pay for our meal and the boy said, “Oh, we can’t use a gift card along with other promotions (other promotions being my birthday meal like 99% of people going to Tucano’s probably use). Sorry, corporate is really cracking down on us for doing that.”
Umm… Well, I will never give someone another Tucano’s gift card if they are going to refuse to honor them like they did for me today. Selling gift cards and refusing to honor them sounds pretty sketchy to me. If you run a business and you sell gift cards, you dang well better honor them. I have never heard of such a ridiculous policy, which I doubt is even correct.
Happy Birthday to me and I hope this review helps someone else from having Tucano’s let them down on their birthday.

Reserved one of their back rooms for a rehearsal dinner. The food was good, and servers were quick, but the manager, David, was not pleasant or honest. We had guests arriving to be seated and were waiting for final guests to arrive before eating- and he started the reservation time 30 min early when the first person got there without saying (and no food service to us during this time) and then rudely kicked our group out 30 min earlier that we had scheduled. There were many open tables and no line of people waiting to get in. Just communicate clearly so you’re not overcharged or underserved. Will not be going back to this location.

My husband and I have been to Tucanos in Orem a number of times. Today was one of the best experiences we have had. The server, Hallie, was very attentive and informative. She was consistent in checking in with us throughout the meal. The meat servers came around in a timely manner that we never waited for any meat, pineapple, or grilled vegetables. The entire experience was so enjoyable, we look forward to returning for another meal.

We came without a reservation on a really busy Saturday and we were really impressed with how efficient and friendly the staff were. Despite how busy they were, all the staff and servers (specifically Camila, she was so nice and definitely deserves a raise) were so kind, quick, and helpful! We felt very well taken care of and will definitely be returning!

I called last minute the day before trying to squeeze in a party of 18 people and this was on a day when they already had a party of 143 scheduled at the exact time we needed. Somehow, Kelly made pure magic happen and got all of us seated together. I’m still in awe.
The service was phenomenal from start to finish, the food was absolutely delicious, and the entire staff was so kind, patient, and accommodating despite the chaos of the day. Our whole team had an amazing experience and felt genuinely taken care of.
We’re beyond grateful and can’t wait to come back… though next time we promise to give a lot more notice. Highly recommend!
