Ordered take out on the app in advance and had to wait 15 minutes to get my order. I was the only customer in the restaurant. All items were present, but weren’t made correctly. There was no lettuce on my taco. The chips were rancid and inedible. The bathroom was dirty, something was splashed all over the soap dispenser and surrounding wall area. I won’t go back to this location.

Absolutely the laziest team I’ve ever seen at a Taco Bell. We ordered our food online before we left our home and waited nearly 40 minutes once we got there, as they didn’t even start making it until way after my husband went in to pick up the order. I waited outside with the car running, as he thought it would be a quick pick up since we already ordered ahead and paid for it. These people would not move! There was no one even in there except one man who was there waiting for his food as well.
What is the purpose of ordering your food on the app, if they’re not going to have it ready when you get there?
Drive thru cars were coming after our arrival and leaving before we ever got our food. A couple of girls went in to dine nearly 25-30 minutes after we had arrived and they got their food and was eating it by the time I finally had enough of waiting in the car and went in to ask what the heck was taking so long?
My husband asked them well after he got there, “when are you going to start making our food?” “We ordered before we left home”, (which was between 10-12 minutes away).
They were all moving in slow motion as if they were intentionally trying to infuriate us. We finally get out food, get back to the car, check it out and see that the order is wrong. I went back in to tell them what I ordered opposed to what they gave me. The guy in charge just looked at me and asked…. “well, what do you want?” My reply… “I want what I ordered…. I ordered the box and I ordered nachos with cheese, not cinnamon twist”. He didn’t apologize. He just said. “Well, uh, we are out of nachos right now….. can I ge tyou something else?”
So I asked him…. “so you read the order, you saw us standing here asking about our order and waiting this long for our food and not only did you fail to give us what we ordered, but you didn’t even bother to telll us that you were out if what we ordered?”. You just thought to give us whatever you wanted to give us in its place? He just stood there with no answer….. nothing… CRICKETS!
IT WAS ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE! I FELT LIKE I WAS BEING PUNKED OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT… BECAUSE IT WAS INSANE! NO ONE RUSHED TO GET OUR ORDERS OUT TO US. THEY DIDN’T CARE AND THEY MADE SURE THEY SHOWED JUST HOW MUCHV THEY DIDN’T CARE! A GUY WALKED IN AFTERWARDS TO PICK UP A DOOR DASH AND COULDN’T GET OVER THE LACK OF CARE THE STAFF AT THIS LOCATION HAD FOR IT’S PATRONS.
Once home, the items we received barely had any meat on any of the items. It was all tortilla, lettuce, tomato and cheese. I had to peel layers of dough off, empty out the scarce thin layer or meat mixture from my other item, to build up my empty Crunch Wrap Supreme. (I basically had a lettuce wrap supreme), as there was only a thin layer of beef in one corner. I had to throw most of it away, as it was all tortilla with nothing inside.
The unwanted cinnamon twist that they put in our bags, were disgusting, greasy and no cinnamon nor sugar was on it. It tasted horrible and was inedible. It was gross.
This place shouldn’t even be in business. I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN! NOT ONE OF THEM HAD ANY SENSE OF URGENCY AND LACKED CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! If you can’t handle the few customers you have and show common courtesy, you shouldn’t be in business. If you can’t find a staff willing to work, close your doors.

what is this ? taco bell seriously what is it ? it’s SUPPOSED to be nacho fries ? they so cold, they’re literally ice cold… SO NASTY. no seasoning, it’s literally plain fries without the nacho seasonings.. i literally CRIED, i was so hungry & Im literally 2 months postpartum all i could do is cry lol. then they gave me a quesadilla with barely no chicken.. 0/10. Taco Bell you should be ashamed. & no one answered the phone, i called 2 times!!!!! All my money went down the drain…don’t eat here!

Went to this taco bell because of the ads for the retro menu, which they either didn’t have or wasn’t programmed into the screens you have to order from. So that was strike one.
Ordered, among other things, nacho fries, a Doritos taco with light cheese, a chicken quesadilla with extra nacho cheese, and 7 packets of hot sauce. Cost $25, strike two.
Got food handed to us and told that there was no nacho cheese. No offer to refund our nacho fries at least since, you know, no nacho cheese. Get offered a free soda. Got home, the Doritos taco had heavy cheese and barely any meat. The quesadilla actually had a piece with nothing in it. and we didn’t any packets of hot sauce but 2 packets of diablo sauce. Also bean burritos now half the size of what they used to be. This all adds up to strike three.
Needless to say I will never set foot in a Taco Bell again. You can’t charge those outrageous prices for fast food and then not even deliver what you’re supposed to.

I never get a correct order from here. But my husband keeps using it. Last night missing 2 burritos and a nachos. And no sauce. Only use if it’s the last TB after the apocalypse.

Terrible food and service. Orders online pickup when I got there they was out of everything. I paid extra for some extra ingredients when they had nothing but meat and cheese. Have yet to get my refund thru the app and eating the food made me write this review. I should not be able to count FIVE potatoes in my side of potatoes. Missing nacho chips, everything was just incorrect, had a chalupa supreme with only tortilla and cold cheese. Service was terrible, no communication there and I wasn’t even rude cause I work in fast food myself. Ordered a medium drink and got a small drink of something I didn’t even order. One guy straight up walked away while I was trying to explain my issue to him like I did something to him. Just overall disappointing and pathetic for what was supposed to be a late night snack.
