This is a good BK Location. There are sometimes small mistakes, like one too few nuggets or fries instead of the onion rings I ordered, but over all the food is fine and the staff is all very friendly, which makes all the difference. They do get busy with the drive through which seems to take priority over walk in customers. I usually stop in several times a month when I’m on the road. Two drive through lanes . Tina and Allison are really efficient managers and are really on top of orders.

Waited 45 minutes for 7 dollar trio. Gone here many times, and every time, their not even crowded and take forever. Unacceptable. Its supposed to be FAST food. I have also asked several times for og chicken WITHOUT MAYO, specifying NO MAYO, and guess what? I GOT MAYO SLATHERED ALL OVER IT. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE.

My daughter made an online order as we were walking in the door. There were several people standing around waiting for their food. We asked for a refund after waiting 10 minutes and were told no refunds. After waiting 38 minutes, we told them we were leaving so the didn’t have to make our order. Not sure what the problem was but there was no communication from any of the employees.

There is nothing fast about this food. It took 10 minutes for my order to even be taken, and an additional 15 to receive my food. I was missing items and then needed to wait another 5 to get my full order.
The staff here moves slower than a snail and seems to have zero concept of time management. Most of them were visibly just standing around talking rather than actually do their jobs.
A disgrace to the concept of fast food, do not come here unless you have an extra hour to spare.

This BK sucks. They leave you sit at the speaker for5 or 10 minutes before taking your order and you’re the only one there. Don’t even think about door dash from here. They don’t even try to get your order right. They can’t even make your burger right and what you want on it is printed out right in front of them and paid for

I like Burger King as a company – for what it is, it makes a decent product. But not this location in Shrewsbury. Have gone through the drive-thru twice in the last month with horrible results. Both times were similar, with them literally taking 5 minutes to take the order (not from other cars being in front of me, but from them saying they’ll be right with me and then not coming back) and then taking 10 more minutes to get the food. I’d rather eat BK over their competitors, but I won’t be in Shrewsbury any more.

Legitimately the SLOWEST fast food place I’ve ever been to in my life. The employees are nice enough but my orders always wrong, foods always cold and expect to wait at LEAST 25 minutes. Got there 8:30 at night and was told at the speaker “I’ll be with you when I can but it’s going to be a while, there’s a lot of people ahead of you”. There was one car at the window and no cars in the lot. I sat there for at least 10 mins before they even took my order. It’s like they’re incapable of handling more than one order at a time. I’ve gotten food faster at a sit down Mexican restaurant. It’s actually insane. With how long it takes you’d expect everything to be hot and fresh but somehow it’s always cold. Chick-fil-A can quickly handle a line of 20 cars but this BK takes 20 minutes with no one in line.

This location has the worst service. They are incredibly slow. And tonight (Feb 21st) my wife sat for 10 minutes without anyone asking to serve her in the drive through. She tried to go inside and it was the same. The employees were just standing around outside smoking. Awful awful service.

the food was the worst part of the visit, i spent over 60 bucks on a large order and the fries were cold, the burgers were sloppy and thrown together. when i pulled up to do the order it seemed like i was being rushed through it. and then agreed i payed, i was then parked to wait for my order, even though no one was behind me i was still pulled up and parked to wait for my order. overall it wasn’t a great experience.
