No frills BBQ to-go stand. We got the tritip and ribs. The gentleman who was working the stand gave us warm tortillas and a cup of salsa with our order which was unexpected and a nice touch. There’s no sitting area and most people just swing by and pick something up for a picnic, to take home, or eat off the hood of their car someplace in the shade. The tritip was tender, moist, and flavorful. The ribs were packed with flavor and cooked the way I like them. Someone on the reviews mentioned that they were too salty. I would say they were just a tad on saltier side but darn good. $30 got us a pound of tri tip and a pound of ribs, tortillas and salsa, and was enough to feed 3 adults and we had left overs. We brought the food home and made a salad and coleslaw to complete the meal. Would definitely come back again to pick up lunch or dinner. They also sell plates and sell bbq chicken.
