If you’re looking for a quick meal at a good price in a friendly place, Stoner’s is for you. It doesn’t look like much from the outside, just a tan brick building, but a quaint hometown restaurant awaits inside. We stopped while traveling through the area and we’re promptly greeted and seated. Our server was nice, a was the entire staff. It was one of their birthdays, so they had cake and sing Happy Birthday just before closing time and we were generously offered a piece of birthday cake – they treat you like one of the family. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time now any room for dessert. If traveling this way again we’ll definitely save room for some ice cream or a gigantic milk shake!

I ate with my wife and 19 month old. The only thing that could be a bit better was the variety of vegetables available, as a diabetic there weren’t many. I had liver and onions with mashed potatoes and gravy and a bbq burger with extra fried onions and a onion ring with broccoli cheese soup and beets. We ordered a lot to have variety to share with our daughter and everything we got (wife got spaghetti and garlic bread with corn fritters) was delicious. Liver and onions can be very hit and miss but it was a hit especially plated with the potatoes. Our waitress was really patient as we had a longer dining time and we didn’t feel rushed or anything. A nice Old couple gave our girl two rubber duckies, which set the bar high for atmosphere. I highly reccomend. The burger especially was outstanding for a 10$ price tag WITH fries or soup.

Went to a holiday party at the restaurant and had a blast. The food was delicious, the coffee was hot and tasty, and the servers were exceptional – never had an empty mug of coffee! The restaurant was very clean and had a nice atmosphere that feels inviting and home like. Can’t wait to eat here again

Starting off with stoners, I will have to say the food was very disappointing. I ordered. Fried chicken batter and as you guys can see the chicken was si like pre cooked & the gravy omg horrible even the gravy did not taste fresh it’s like pudding
Now price is roughly reasonable everything on the menu is reasonable everything was under $15 Now recently they had different owners so it could be why the food is different but I’ve ordered in the past years and the food was fresh my girl ordered a Haddock fish with just a bun and no flavor & I think when it comes too the sandwiches your in the clear besides the turkey gravy which was fresh we do not order the Haddock fish or the fried chicken terrible terribly terrible I will never order from here again roughly we ended up spending 40$ which is fair but again everything we ordered was pre cooked if you want fresh food don’t order the new owners are pathetic I don’t know how they are still in business and by the way on the Haddock fish, we had to throw our own old bay on the fish for seasoning now you want fresh food near by go down the street at the cottage bar or the newly built Rita’s

Very good small diner. The food is excellent, service is excellent and the time it took to get our food was unbelievable, within 15 minutes. Prices are fantastic. Everything was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend.

I had the ROAST TURKEY w/stuffing,mashed potatoes & gravy…CORN FRITTERS,and coleslaw.reeeally good.i can’t wait to go back and try some burgers & fries…wraps…milkshakes & icecream… …our server( and other staff) were sooo nice,friendly & sociable…made for a NICE dining experience after a long hard day of work.

My salad was probably a couple weeks old. Don’s chowder was so old it was like gray mashed potatoes with rubber stuff and a ton of salt. French fries weren’t done still raw shrimp over cooked. Hamburger tasted like it was boiled or microwaved. Horrible experience.
