Quiet stop with beautiful water access and views. The French onion soup is a delicious classic and Patty Melt was a great popular recommendation from the nice server. Took a while for food but allowed for conversation and relaxing in a warm atmosphere

We wanted to come to this restaurant because it has the same name as our autistic son. Since the weather was sunny, we decided to have lunch outside with a good view of Lake Tahoe. To start our lunch, we ordered the fried calamari which came with marinara sauce and taco sauce. We wish there were more because it tasted very delicious. Our waitress served all of our food except for my wife because the order wasn’t placed. The waitress did apologize but my wife had to wait a longer for her food to be served.

We stopped at this restaurant after a short hike on the lake and before we headed home. It is in a rustic building and looked great. They were not busy, and we got a great table with a view of Lake Tahoe. Service was great, Vincente was very attentive and answered our questions. We both ordered French Onion Soups, I ordered a bowl, and my wife ordered a cup. The French soup was cheesy and homemade, but just average. I ordered a BLT and my wife ordered a Reuben on sour dough. We both ordered the sandwiches with French fries. The sandwiches were good and tasty, the French fries were just ok, they were not crunchy, but soft, even though they were just done! Overall, it was just an average experience.

4&1/2 stars. Family friendly, not crowded or smokey. Service can be a little slow, food pricey for what it is, but typical for the Tahoe area. Nice windows, outside patio seating.
Been here several times.
Summer berry salad delish, chicken Alfredo extremely garlicky and expensive. Iced tea mid.
Clean bathrooms.

Great food and wonderful staff! Love the interior, it really gives you the lakeside wood cabin atmosphere! Breakfast ends at 11am and the kitchen is very strict to the timeline. Not even five mins late. Lol But lunch was good too! Would love to come back!

This place was absolutely beautiful. I came
on a Saturday and ordered the chicken alfredo ($30), while my husband got the ribeye ($42) both were so delicious. Not to mention the staff, Bayan and Ruby, were amazing super attentive and incredibly sweet. It may seem a little pricey at first, but it’s understandable since it’s a more touristy spot. The food was totally worth it, and the cozy fireplace made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend eating here and would absolutely come back

We stopped into Zephyr Cove when we were staying at the casinos in South Shore, both to get something to eat and to check out the area in general. Overall, there’s a lot of beautiful scenery and things to do at Zephyr, despite the parking being a complete nightmare.

The restaurant was okay. There was nothing that blew my hair back about the food or service. It’s a perfect place to eat outside on a nice day, with shade from the pines and umbrellas. However, the service wasn’t up to par, to say the least. First, we had to wait roughly 10 minutes for a waitress to even come talk to us, despite only having one other table of two to work. The food also took nearly 40 minutes to arrive, which is crazy since all we ordered were chicken salads. When it arrived, it wasn’t bad, but it’s incredibly difficult to scew up a chicken salad…

After we ate, we went down to the water and checked out the beach area and pier. There were lots of people there, but it wasn’t overly crowded to the point of absurdity. If you’ve never been to Tahoe, anything by the water is gorgeous, so Zephyr is a ‘must see’ on your travels.

The worst food I’ve had while staying at Tahoe…the food was extremely expensive…we paid $15 for my daughters “avocado toast” that was 1 crappy piece of bread with mashed avocado that tasted old no eggs, nothing else other than feta cheese..1 piece only!!! The eggs were powdered and the service was awful. This disgusting meal cost me $92..we were not full and were extremely disappointed all around.
