It had been a while since we’d visited Noodles & Company, and we were excited to try the new flavors. My wife got the Cajun Shrimp Fettuccine and really enjoyed it. I ordered the Crispy Bacon Chicken Alfredo, but the “alfredo” flavor was completely missing – it just tasted buttery, but in a Greasy-Buttery way that I couldn’t fix. I kept hoping the sauce was underneath, but nope. Being a 15 minute drive back to the restaurant, I eventually just threw it out and had some sad cereal instead. It was disappointing after really looking forward to trying that new flavor. I know the restaurant industry has had a tough time since COVID, so I’m sharing this in hopes it helps this location catch issues like this and improve. But…. noticing the management didn’t reply to these reviews. Sad. 🙁

I’ve gotten noodles and Company quite a bit, but I just started going to this location because we moved. Every time they barely give me any portion and it’s always burnt and dry, and just overcooked. The location in Castle rock is fire, but this one …not so much. I also have a hair in my food while I was eating it so that’s awesome.

I had Pad Thai with shrimp, which was delicious and reasonably priced. The employees were certainly friendly. It took 20 mins during the lunch rush which seemed a bit long to wait on a quick-service restaurant, given the food was ready a good 5 minutes before I received it. Speed of service was the only issue.

As much as I enjoy the food here the service is incredible hit or miss and it definitely starts with the management. When they’re not busy this place is perfect. The second they have a rush it’s hell. Just had a terrible experience almost a week ago with extremely poor service and I’ve still yet to hear back from anyone from Noodles. Missing steak, missing noodles, cold meals and not a care in the world. I think this location desperately needs new management and recommend going to any other location until that changes. Extremely disappointing.

Tried this place for the first time recently and have been back within the week. Reasonable prices, surprisingly good food. Even basic dishes like spaghetti and meatballs and Mac and cheese are so much better than I expected.

It doesn’t feel great when the cashier is having friendly conversation with someone, seemed like a friend/coworker, only to start taking your order by asking “Are you ready yet?” with an attitude and immediately acting short and rude the whole time only to switch back to being friendly. It wasn’t the usual cashier scripting that people have to do to get through the day. She was actively being impolite and short with me like I interrupted her conversation with her friend by having her do her job. It was like I was insulting her by ordering my Mac and cheese. Her coworker was the one who made my mac and cheese while she proceeded to hand her friend, what seemed to be, a free salad. He never paid and she just asked what kind of salad he wanted and then handed it to him without ever paying for it. Definitely won’t come back again.

Food was pretty disgusting. Charged us 40 something dollars for luke warm congealed mac n cheese that had cold not melted cheese spreads on top. The majority of the pasta was plain and didn’t have cheese on it. The chicken chunks were dry and cold. The garlic bread was both soggy and had a weird chemical flavor. The pot stickers were luke warm and not even crispy. We ordered salads and they never asked us what kind of dressing we wanted. It took them all of 5 minutes to push it all out. Everything was luke warm or cold and just didn’t taste very good. Probably the best thing about this place is the soda machine. The food was terrible will never come back.

Always loved the noodles and company franchise and this one has the same feel to it. The service was amazing despite of the rush hour, got my food under 5 min. They’ve outdoor seating too if anyone likes to sit out and enjoy the beautiful weather in Colorado.
