I am so disappointed with the food that I just picked up for my lunch. I left my job at 12:14 and was in the drive thru line by 12:19, I work very close to the restaurant. By 12:42 I had my order placed and after a few minuets picked up my food from the window. I took the food home to eat. I ordered mashed potatoes & gravy with 3 chicken tenders. The tenders were so salty that I could not eat them. There was some black thread like things in my potatoes and the gravy was so thick. I am so disappointed. I only came to Jerry J’s because it is the nearest place to where I work to get food without going out Memorial Dr.

You best check your bag at the drive thru . Great food. Friendly staff, however on mutiple occassions I have been given the wrong order. They do not pay attention to the order when bagging. I have noticed this is more common at congested times. Regardless, this has happened 3x within a momth. After you drive home and thrn realize you did not get the cotrect order, try to contact them and you will not get an answer. So your stuck with the wrong order. This is fustrating, when you purchase something and get something you dont like so I had to cook my breakfast when I paid for breakfast and got the wrong order. So hows your day so far?

The food was ok, the staff was pleasant enough, but the men’s restroom tells me I shouldn’t have eaten here. It was beyond disgusting, with the especially nasty plunger holder containing some sort of green goo that I would expect to see in a movie, not a restaurant bathroom.

I wish I had taken a picture of my Roast Beef plate before I had started digging in and eating. It was absolutely a beautiful and delicious plate of food. This is one of my favorite places and I’m so disappointed today. We were the only ones here. For 20 minutes, the tables (all of them) sat filthy, covered in trash with even the tips left. There was 1 knife, 2 forks (1 was dirty). Food on the floor and the food was cold (brown gravy) and hard (biscuits). I eat here 6 mornings a week. This lunch visit was enough to drive away costumers. The quality of employee has gone down drastically.

Jerry J’s has been my number 1 eating spot, especially when it comes to breakfast! I’ve always loved this location but now the food has been terrible! My husband ordered the Classic & Texas backyard burgers, okra & a cinnamon roll. The burgers was okay but the okra was old & greasy. The cinnamon roll is just TERRIBLE!! This thing is hard & burnt, who sell things like this?? I’m never ordering another cinnamon roll or okra from Jerry J’s ever again. The prices are way too high to be serving OLD FOOD!

I’m not sure what is going on with this location but since they lost the previos manager the whole place seems like customers don’t matter anymore. The manager they have now is clearly all about numbers and could care less about customer satisfaction. I really hope that corporate gets a handle on this before it’s too late. I thought that they were Christian based but I am beginning to wonder with the new manager. The portions are smaller and be prepared to order what they have, not what’s on the menu.
