Absolutely horrible location. EVERY SINGLE TIME we go here there is always an issue with our order or experience and the store manager is rude and does not help at all or refuses to speak to us. The kids who work there aren’t doing their job, extremely unprofessional, cursing constantly and loudly and our simple order of 2 pizzas takes over an hour every time to complete. Even when everything from the order tracking program to their tvs that show order status says order is ready, they say nothing is ready… after over an hour!! When they forget items too they won’t replace it or give a refund. Will never come here again and I highly suggest everyone else should stay away too until they change teams or management. They should be ashamed of the work environment they have there. I have no idea how they have not been shut down or fired yet. Oh and let’s not forget about the spite smashing of our food before receiving it….. disgusting

The service here is absolutely horrific. I have been sitting here for OVER an hour for my order. Says ready on the screen, however multiple times said my order wasn’t ready. Staff is extremely un professional. ZERO coordination skills, and you can’t tell who the manager is due to the extreme lack of professionalism. This establishment needs an extreme staffing over hall.

The reason why is, I could only use cash and not the card or Apple Pay online. I reported this already to Pizza Hut and nothing has been done about it.
When the pizza arrived, we opened the boxes and they were supposed to be hand tossed, and one was but the other was not, and I had asked for extra sauce and one was and one was not.
If it wasn’t in a Pizza Hut box, I would not believe it was Pizza Hut but more like Little Caesars!!!! The one that was made in correctly, the crust was so hard we could not eat it completely.
I called immediately and was told that the manager was too busy and to call back later.
I called on my way out of town and was able to reach the manager. I explained I was going out of town for about three weeks. And explain the issue. And the pizza tasted like a little Caesars pizzas. Or was nasty!!!! You could tell she was upset with what I saidand she only offered me a credit which expired in two weeks or to bring back the leftover pizza To be remade.
She did not offer to refund my money and that is what I asked for.
She said that could not be done and I would have to take one of the two options. And then she disconnected the call as I was talking. Yes, I am still in

I came to this store to pick up lunch for my son and I to share at his school. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were prompt and the food was fresh and exactly how I requested. I will definitely return to this location.

For years this place has put out the same amount of service. To the point people will travel miles to the next one. this Pizza Hut has a bad rep, just look at reviews. Churchland Pizza Hut is way better, and I try to support businesses in my own neighborhood, but you can’t look over the lack of quality consistently. Ordered at 8. Arrived at 8:34 to pick up. They gave my food to the wrong person. I agreed to a remake. Told me it would take 8 mins. 9:00 got the new pizza. That was wrong too! LOL can’t make this up. Didn’t leave til 9:05. This is Pizza Hut not the DMV. I should be in and out.

Staff was rude, was made to wait 25 mins. They said they couldn’t find it, then waited on 6 additional guests before looking for my order. Pizza was cold, old unbeatable, wings had barely any sauce. Looked bare. I will never come here again.

This Pizza Hut is in a rough location, and the store shows some wear and has a rough dirty exterior. The inside isn’t too clean either. The pizza was descent but no great. The $22 for one large pizza seems a bit much. The associates aren’t too friendly but they were not rude.
