ordered 2 Detroit style deep dish pizzas. Delivery arrived and opened my pizza to THIS! both pizzas arrived like this! Called them! Offered me 3 cups of pizza sauce before offering to remake it, said the remake would take 30 minutes to arrive. Waited AN HOUR called again, front tried to argue with me about my order, talked to the manager, my remake just left the restaurant! I’m PISSED! UPDATE: THEY JUST DELIVERED THE REMAKE AND THEY DRIZZLED THE SMALLEST AMOUNT OF SAUCE POSSIBLE! Felt like a slap across the face. Called corporate immediately to complain. WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION!

They burned the pizza and refused to replace it. My daughter picked up the pizza that I ordered online for them. When they got to my aunt’s house, she sent me this picture. I called the store and spoke with a young guy said that they’d replace it. I explained to him that I ordered it online and that she doesn’t have a car to come and return it. He placed me on hold and then said the manager said to keep the receipt and stop back in when you’re in town again. I even emailed corporate just to be sure there was a record on contact. I stopped back in, showed him the receipt, photo and where I emailed corporate the same day. He said he wouldn’t replace it bc I didn’t bring back the original pizza. Horrible customer service and a complete waste of a customer’s time. Reached out corporate to let them know that the manager didn’t honor what they said. No reply back from corporate. I order pizza for my kids at least 2-3x a week. We stopped patronizing Hungry Howies altogether. If corporate doesn’t care to even follow up, they’ll never see a penny of my money again. Little Caesars is where my kids get their pizza from now.

2/20/26 9:00 pm pick up large thin crust pizza extra cheese and light sauce, with mushrooms and ham and onions. Along with extra ranch seasoning-on a thin crust along with butter. Listen whoever cooked that pizza it was melting in my mouth. Everything the way the flavors mashed together along with the seasoning. It was beyond perfection. Hands down you made it happen and got it all on there and it was so juicy. My tastebuds sparkled!! Thank you thank you! Along with the two others working there whom I interacted with. Very courteous and very pleasant. I loved this trip in ! Thank you! I’m frequent, weekly safe food when I don’t know what to eat. Thank you, again!!!

I placed an order and had one of my pizzas wrong so I called about it and they were nice enough to replace it but my biggest problem is they said they need the wrong one back which I don’t mind but with coronavirus going on why cross contaminate your drivers vehicle and store. The manager I spoke to said they will be placing it on top of the oven to keep it warm and for the general manager to determine the cause of why another one was sent out. That pizza can easily be sent to another customer and be told it’s fresh and we stalled in eating since now we think the same thing could have been done to one we had a spoilage is done with a receipt or order number

Can’t ever get an order right, I pay for extra meat and get barely anything in the first place MAYBE 2 peices per slice of pizza. Then you call and they say they can’t do anything about it? This is very unprofessional I will not be getting food from here again

Idk but this looks like they threw on those crust toppings instead of aiming. Cashier had a bad attitude too should i know this what would come out of the kitchen. This i why i hadnt come to hungry howies in years.
