Great service and even better food. Mimosas, Bloody Mary, coffee – delicious. Kid friendly too. We got the chicken waffles- awesome! Poached eggs and bacon, I asked for crispy and it was the best I’ve ever had. Bacon egg sandwich was yum too. Highly recommend.

My wife and I really liked this Cafe. Nice clean space with character and very friendly staff. The food was very good. We had the egg and bacon sandwich and the avacado toast. Both were excellent. If you are looking for a nice little place to have breakfast in Cannon Beach, I definitely recommend this place.

We had an incredible experience at Surfbird Cafe. I had ordered the French toast with a side of bacon and it was super delicous. The atmosphere was really enjoyable too. Great music taste and lovely natural lighting. The register attendant was also very friendly. Will definitely have to come again and try something new.

Super cute little cafe tucked in a small corner of downtown Cannon Beach. Good food through the day with coffee and other drinks. Fun crew working and great music!

This was my favorite restaurant that we visited while staying in Cannon Beach for 5 days, and our whole family agreed. We went for breakfast twice during our trip, and tried to go back a third time for coffee, but they are apparently closed on Wednesdays (and Thursdays).

We were drawn by the pictures we saw of the food, and the reality did not disappoint. I ordered the avocado toast + egg + bacon *both* times that we went there, and I could probably eat that at least once a day, every single day. My older son (13) ordered the chicken & waffles *both* times and was equally blown away each visit.

The coffee was excellent – I can only speak for the cold brew, but I did try other places in town during our visit and this was by far the best.

The service was great too, and the restaurant itself is airy, bright and modern – we enjoyed the environment just as much as we enjoyed the food.

If I lived in Cannon Beach this would be a regular spot for me, and we will definitely be back on our next trip.

Fantastic little brunch cafe! Love the food and the coffee. This place wouldn’t be out of place on Hawthorne or Belmont in Portland. Love the staff too! Always lots of smiles and laughs. Highly recommended!

Delicious coffee from Portland’s Upper Left Roasters. The brunch menu items fantastic as well. This place is relatively tucked away so the atmosphere is much more peaceful than the more popular places on the street. It’s a hidden gem for now.

The service was sassy. And not the fun kind.

They were opinionated and had a snarky thing to say in return to everything. They don’t really have pastries, which is totally fine since that’s not their niche, but the only one they had, I bought and it was obviously store bought and leaning towards a week old. It was super stale and crunchy.
