The food was fresh and hot but the employees’ attitudes were cold. After checking the bags I noticed there weren’t any dips. I mentioned this and the cashier walked away. Another cashier came to the drive through so I informed her. She hesitantly returned with the dip.

Customer service is awful. I asked for the the peanut butter parfait and they gave me liquid ice cream talking about it bc of the hot fudge. Oh well remake it with less fudge but when she gave an attitude just give me my money back.

We are usually very happy with everything we get at our local Dairy Queen but for some reason yesterdays food was so poorly cooked we could not eat it. The fries were not cooked all the way and the chicken strips were over cooked and dry. Please do better, we would like to continue to enjoy your food.

Food was as you would expect from Dairy Queen, but the service was terrible. My husband ordered a birthday cake online for a loved one we lost last year. The store called and left a voicemail the morning of that it was ready. We missed this call, but called back twice with no one picking up our calls. I went to pick up the order anyway, but they hadn’t started the order because “we didn’t pick up when they called”. So I waited for them to write happy birthday on an ice cream cake, but when they gave me the cake it had a period on it after the family members name. What a weird thing to do for a birthday cake. When I asked why there was a period, the guy at the register just shrugged and said “it’s just a dot”. We only ordered from here because this was my father in laws favorite cake, but never again. This was an unnecessarily annoying experience.

Very very unprofessional for me to order food through a app my food is not in the bag I notify this location to let them know that I did not receive half of my food the young lady proceeded to tell us to come on down and they will replace the we get there and they said no they can’t replace the burger because they know they put it in the bag the driver must have took it however it has nothing to do with us we paid $40 for a meal that we can’t even eat and that’s like stealing but you couldn’t replace the food how unprofessional will never go to this location again. That’s so stealing just taking my money

I went into their establishment and they are absolutely so nasty and so disrespectful, they don’t know how to appropriately Welcome customers when walking in. They approach as “what do you want” and side eye you like you’re a stranger. I’d give you zero stars if I could. The managers are super unprofessional and they don’t keep their establish cleaned and tidy violating codes of conduct.

Ordered online for in-store pickup. I selected my burger without cheese because most places just slap it on and it’s not melted. When I received my order it contained cheese and was barely warm. It looked as though it had just been thrown together before my son walked in to pick it up. I’ve had the same meal before which was ordered from the drive-through and it was a 100% better. I’m not sure if I’ll go back or just not use the app to order again.
