You Are Invited to Experience UNION BURGER BAR Last year, Southampton’s hit restaurant, Union Burger Bar, went through massive renovations and has moved up to the main restaurant and bar, making way for the all new Union Sushi & Steak which is now open as well in Union Burger Bar’s former location. The restaurant continues to offer an assortment of specialty gourmet burgers, fresh hand-cut fries, maniacal milkshakes and desserts and an elaborate craft beer and small batch bourbon selection. Restaurateur and owner Ian Duke with award-winning Executive Chef Scott Kampf are excited to continue bringing these culinary offerings to the year-round dining staple of Southampton, NY.

Union Burger Bar is a solid spot with a great atmosphere and friendly service. The food came out fresh and hot, and everything we tried was delicious. The homemade guacamole and battered onion rings were definite highlights.
I really liked the build-your-own burger option—it’s always nice to customize exactly what you want. The outdoor seating area was a great bonus, especially in nice weather, and the location is convenient with plenty of parking available.
All around, a great place to grab a casual meal. We’ll definitely be back!

I came here with some family and friends during my visit to LI this year, and loved the food! Honestly one of the best pretzels I’ve had in my life. However, there was an unusually long wait time which we were told was because they were unable to turn off uber eats.

The build you’re own burger was absolutely amazing and everything came out exactly as I ordered it. So delicious!!! The wings were perfectly cooked and sauced. The corn fritters were also awesome. The atmosphere was very fun and enjoying. It was loud in there, but it was also bingo night and I have no problem with loud a atmosphere anyway. We were just looking for a nice cozy place to eat after a long day of wildlife photography and this hit the nail on the head! Highly recommend!!!

Came to dine here with a friend on a Thursday night and was extremely disappointed. I’ve been here multiple times and have always had a decent experience. Our server seemed kind however she not only forgot our drinks but also never approached us to ask if everything was good at any point of our dinner. She was attentive to the tables around us, constantly checking in on them but would walk right past us like we weren’t there. None of the other staff members acknowledged us as well. She looked over at us multiple times but never once came up to us after taking our order. Don’t know if this had to do with the fact that we were the only brown people in this establishment. Not to mention the food was mid. This was the first time I have ever decided to not tip. The lack of service made my friend and I feel uncomfortable and will definitely not be coming back.

To begin with the entrance looks fancy with outdoor dining as an option! The place looks clean and has thick wooden tables and chairs. As for the food, one of the best burgers and fries I’ve had! (Asked for a Union Burger medium well with Fries✨try it✨) The nachos were HUGE and tasty. (Good for about 2-3 people). It’s a nice place to be with friends and family.

After much anticipation, this Memorial Day Weekend, I had the opportunity to dine at Union Burger Bar in Southampton, NY. Upon arriving, I immediately noticed the space’s warm and hospitable feel, hosting customers of all ages seeking good traditional American cuisine. I ended up getting the Health Nut Salad with shrimp (Arguably a sin at a restaurant notorious for their burgers), and I was extremely impressed. The service was fast, the shrimp was fresh, and amid the Memorial Day bustle, I still found the staff extremely accommodating and attentive. The menu offered a range of specialty burgers, sandwiches, sides, and appetizers to pair with hearty milkshakes or alcoholic beverages. The restaurant was relatively full, with clientele sitting at the bar, indoor seating, and outdoor tables. All sitting areas comply with COVID protocol, as servers wore masks and plastic dividers separated tables capable of hosting bigger parties or more intimate gatherings. By the end, I didn’t feel rushed to leave. When I got my bill, I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable the dinner was, considering the generous portion and the price of comparable restaurants. Given the quality of food and service, I would highly recommend Union Burger Bar and am inclined to believe other establishments owned by the same owners (Union Sushi and Steakhouse and Southampton Social Club) would offer a similarly enjoyable experience. Whether you’re a seasoned local or a weekend traveler, this place is one to check off of your foodie bucket list this summer

Ordered the kids chicken fingers, beyond burger, and coop Chicken sandwich. All of which were very good. Always happy to find a place with vegan options. The chicken sandwich had a spicy mayo on it with a bit of zing. Chicken was of high quality. Our server was also incredibly nice and always around if we needed something.
