Owners spoke to me directly in a very belittling and threatening tone. I inadvertently placed an order with my mother in law’s credit card, which was loaded in my app from a previous visit. Unbeknownst to me, my MIL disputed the charge, not knowing I had placed that order. 9 days later I got a call from owner’s wife Patricia White (owner Jeff White) asking if I was in this Chick Fil A on the date of the order and why I disputed the charge. I explained I did not recall off the top of my head if I was there on that date (we go to CFA all the time- well, we used to- and I answered truthfully that I did not remember if we were there on that specific date 9 days ago) and that I have not disputed any charges. She continued to aggressively accuse me of disputing the charge 4 more times during our phone call. I repeatedly explained I had not disputed any charges and was not sure what happened. She made threatening statements like “we have video of you in our store on that date” and then texted me a screenshot of myself in the store. I have never been spoken to so rudely and unprofessionally by anyone in a restaurant, much less an owner. And this was over a $20 charge. She raised her voice and made repeated accusatory statements. I only figured out what went wrong several hours later. Will not be returning to this location or the one on 75/southwestern, which is also owned by Jeff and Patricia White.

This place served me moldy food — yes, actual mold, and they had the nerve to hand it out like it was acceptable. It’s disgusting, careless, and downright dangerous. I could’ve gotten seriously sick. Clearly, no one is checking the quality of what leaves that kitchen. This isn’t just bad service — it’s a health hazard. I wouldn’t feed this to a stray dog. Shut it down or fix it, because people deserve better than rotting food.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The chicken I received was burned, dry, and completely overcooked — basically inedible. It looked and tasted like it had been forgotten on the grill for an hour. This isn’t just bad cooking; it’s lazy and careless. No seasoning, no moisture, just a blackened chunk of disappointment. The fact that they saw this and still sent it out is a joke. Save your money and your appetite — this place clearly doesn’t care about quality.

Your food will sit there and try to hand it to you 10 minutes later , lie and say they called your name. I stood a few feet from it, they need to be re trained on how to read names out loud since it’s difficult task for them.

The absolute worst chick-fil-a in the country. Of course they’ll never change because they have a captive audience with SMU and all the “Parkies” who don’t leave the bubble.
I know they make bank at this location but if you want the world’s hardest biscuits and just 5 seconds shy of burnt chicken, this is the place.
Biscuits? More like a scone. Hard as a rock and barely edible. Get a drink because you’ll need it to dip in to soften up what they call a biscuit.
They won’t change. They don’t need to because they print money at this location. But guaranteed if any of the locals tried another (the one on 75 and Southwestern) is apparently run by the same guy so you won’t get what a real fluffy flakey delicious chick fil a biscuit is unless you go to ANY other location, ANYWHERE else.
