Ordered a Meat Lovers for pick up and whoever awnswred the phone hung up abroubtly, so that was my first impression.
You know how the pizza scale is that bad pizza is still good pizza? This pizza actually proved that wrong.
Cheese was flavorless and rubbery, meat tasted old and also had no flavor either. W
Didn’t even finish the pizza. Garlic bread was the most edible thing, but don’t get it with cheese unless you like eating silicon rubber

I haven’t been here in a long time. Last night i decided to grab a pizza and a salad on my way home. The older lady at the register is beyond rude. They ask what your number is and then still ask you what you ordered. There was multiple people there. Either food was not ready yet or the orders were incorrect. While i was waiting for my pizza the woman at the register went to the back and started berating one of the cooks. She was screaming loudly while there were pople in the lobby who could hear it clear as day. She came back to the register like nothing happened and was rushing people out the door. The pizza is honestly nothing special, i was so appalled at the woman’s behavior there it makes me never want to return there.

We drive all the way from Western Massachusetts to get their pizza. It is THAT good. It has always been exceptional quality- I LOVE their Greek style pizza. I’ve been getting it here the last 18 years, and it’s always consistently the best in CT and MA. The owner is very sweet and always gives great customer service. You have earned 5 stars from me, and when anyone asks me where to go to for amazing pizza, I refer them here. I would give 10 stars if I could.
Keep up the good work. It’s not easy being in business sometimes, especially working with the general public, but just know you’re very appreciated in our family.

Went here and picked up a small mozzarella pizza & a Chef Salad. Both items were good as usual.
FYI, the small pizzas are not very small. I like the small pizzas here because they get the ratios right when adding toppings.
I noticed the dining area is closed, which is too bad.
I added a photo of the small mozzarella pizza – too bad somebody got excited and couldn’t wait to grab a slice… lol

Was better a few months ago. The crust is dry, cheese and sauce ratio is off. Also cut in weird shapes as if they don’t have time it wasn’t that busy in there. Hamburger topping pieces were obnoxiously big. I understand there are new owners, but get in touch with the previous owners and train the new employees to use the old formula because this ain’t it. Very nice gentleman checked me out that’s why I’m willing to give it Another try.

When you call your order in they rush you on the phone, and then hang up on you!
Half the time when I pick my order up, they miss something in the order, like when they put raw green peppers on your grinder and you asked for roasted!
I know this sounds like whining, but when you order something a certain way, you look forward to it, then they crush your food craving!!
Looking for a better place, maybe Paradise Pizza in New Britain!
